Mares Seaside Home offers one apartment with two bedrooms and a beautiful view of the sea and Sunset Beach, near which it is located. The center of the small but very popular village of Skala Maries is only 100m from the villa, so guests can easily reach all the facilities that this place has to offer.
The accommodation is 100m away from the Sunset beach, and at the same distance there is also a small city beach and all the shops and taverns.
We offer one duplex apartment with two bedrooms and an area of 60m2. This unit is located on the high ground floor, but since the house is on a slope, from the front of the building, the terrace looks like it is on the first floor. It offers a beautiful view of the sea. During the summer, the owners occasionally stay in the apartment on the ground floor. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed, air conditioning and an equipped kitchen with a large fridge, stove, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The bathroom has been renovated for the 2021 season and has a shower cabin.
Cleaning, as well as changing of towels and bed linen, is done every three days.
Guests can find a parking space in the street in front of the accommodation, which has little traffic and where there is almost always a free space.
Coming from Prinos, turn right at the first exit for the village of Skala Maries, which also leads to Sunset Beach. Keep driving straight and after climbing the hill you will see your accommodation on the right side of the road.
