Location and surroundings
Maria House is located right on Sunset Beach in Skala Marijes. The center of the town, with all the accompanying amenities, is 350 meters away. The accommodation is positioned on a wide sandy beach that is rarely overcrowded, even during August. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available on the beach, which can be used with a purchased drink, and guests can also take the sunbeds located in the yard to the beach.
Type and structure of accommodation
The building consists of two separate units. The first house has an area of 45 square meters and is organized on two levels. On the ground floor there is a double bed, kitchen and bathroom, while two more single beds are located on the gallery. The upper level is not physically separated from the lower level by a door, and the ceiling is slightly lower than standard. It is possible to add a fifth extra bed. From the 2025 season, an additional unit is also available - a four-bed apartment with a private pool. This apartment consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a kitchen where there is a sofa for two people.
Equipment and yard
The first house has a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge and oven, TV, wireless internet and air conditioning. The four-bed apartment is equipped with two air conditioners. Each unit has its own entrance and private veranda with garden furniture. The first house has its own barbecue, while the second unit offers a private pool. The accommodation is ideal for guests looking for privacy and close proximity to the beach.
Maintenance and parking
The cleaning of the units, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is done every three days. The accommodation has its own parking lot, which guarantees a parking space for guests.
