Accommodation Maria Studios is located in the center of Skala Marijes, in close proximity to shops, taverns and the city beach. It is a very high-quality and beautifully decorated accommodation with a good location and a great view.
The center of Skala Marijes and the city beach are about 100m away, while the famous Atspas beach is 450m away.
The villa was renovated in 2016 and is equipped with modern furniture. We offer two apartments (35m2) on the second floor, with a view of the sea and Skala Marijes. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a pull-out sofa and an equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower cabin. The kitchen is well equipped, including a mini oven.
From the 2019 season, there is also an apartment on the ground floor (high ground floor) with an area of 35 m2. Only he does not have a view of the sea. In the living room there are two single beds, an equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator and stove, as well as a dining table. The bathroom is smaller and has a shower cabin. There is a French bed in the bedroom.
Cleaning, as well as changing towels and bed linen, is done every three days.
Steep steps lead from the street to the garden behind the house.
Guests can find a parking space on the street in front of the accommodation.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn right at the sign for Atspas beach, on the way out of town. Going along the street by the sea, you will pass a small intersection, and after a while the road will turn right, where (50m after the turn) you will see Maria Studios on the left side of the street.
If you like a good view from the terrace and quality accommodation, Maria Studios can be a good choice.
