Naftilos Studios represents one of the more affordable accommodations on offer, located in the first row to the sea, in the immediate vicinity of the center of Skala Maries. The property is located in a small fishing village and is 130 meters from the city beach, where the first shops are located.
The accommodation has four rooms with an area of about 14 m², which are located on the second floor. We offer three double rooms (number 2, 3 and 4) and one triple room (number 1). All units have a view of the sea, except for room number 1. The rooms are furnished in the same way and have a double bed, while the triple room has an extra bed.
The accommodation units do not have their own kitchen, but the guests have a shared kitchen equipped with four hotplates, an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster. In the bathrooms of rooms number 2 and 4 there are shower tubs with a curtain, while room number 3 has floor tiles. All units are equipped with air conditioning, wireless internet, mosquito nets and their own refrigerator.
Pets are allowed with prior notice. In the small fenced yard there are tables and chairs for resting. The cleaning of the accommodation, as well as the change of towels and bed linen, is done every fourth day. The property does not have private parking, but guests can park their vehicles in front of the accommodation or in the surrounding streets.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, at the exit of the town turn right at the sign for Atspas beach. Driving along the street by the sea, after 130 meters and a small intersection, Naftilos Studios is located on a bend on the left side of the road.
