Novus Apartments are located in Skala Maries, on the southwest coast of Thassos, and represent the ideal combination of privacy, peace and natural surroundings. Located in the greenery and away from the crowd, this accommodation offers a nice view of the sea from a distance. It is located about 350 meters from the city beach and the central street with restaurants and taverns, while Platanes beach is approximately 300 meters away, making it an excellent choice for those who want a quiet vacation and an authentic experience of the island, away from everyday stress.
The building has six apartments, each of which is intended for a stay of up to two adults and two children. The apartments are arranged in three two-story buildings built on a cascading terrain. Each apartment has a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed for two people, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. One apartment, located on the ground floor of the lowest building, is suitable for people with disabilities.
All apartments are air conditioned and have separate air conditioners in the living room and bedroom. Guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, two TVs, hair dryer, mosquito nets, as well as a kitchen equipped with a standard fridge with freezer, two ceramic hobs, a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a shower with a glass partition.
Guests can enjoy relaxing on the veranda or balcony, which are equipped with seating. Some apartments have a view of the sea, while others look towards the mountain or the street.
Pets are allowed with prior agreement.
Cleaning of the apartment, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days.
Parking is provided in front of the building.
