Skala Maries Villa is located in Skala Maries and offers guests a fully equipped maisonette for ten people. A spacious terrace with a view of the sea is breathtaking and helps tourists make the final decision about choosing accommodation. There are three bedrooms as well as covered parking.
The villa is located in the place of the same name, on an elevation above the city beach. The nearest store is located in the center of town, which is 150m from the villa itself. The city beach is also located there, while the sandy Atspas beach is 450m away. Deckchairs and umbrellas can be purchased on it with a purchased drink.
The building was built in 2006 and the owner lives in it year-round. The villa has two floors and an area of about 120m2. On the ground floor there is a living room with two sofas, a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator and an oven, and one bathroom without a shower. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a second bathroom with a bathtub. All three rooms have a double bed, and one has bunk beds. It is not possible to insert an extra bed. The large balcony is accessed from the living room, while the two bedrooms on the first floor have their own small, separate terrace. The large terrace offers a beautiful view of the bay and the sunset.
Towels, bed linen and cleaning are changed halfway through the stay (for five to six days).
There is space for 1-2 vehicles in the covered parking lot.
Coming from Prinos, turn right 750m after the overpass. After 180m you will come to a fork, where you turn left and drive uphill for another 200m when you will see accommodation on the right side of the road.
The accommodation is ideal for larger groups or families who want to enjoy a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the sea.
