Smaro Villa is located in the heart of Skala Maries and is one of the higher quality accommodations in our offer. Guests have at their disposal an apartment with three bedrooms and a breathtaking view of the sea. A parking space is provided, and a barbecue is available in the yard.
Near the villa there are restaurants, a shop and a pharmacy. There are three beaches in Skala Maries, two of which are very famous - Atspas on one side and Platanes/Sunset on the other. Platanes is 200m away.
The building was built in 2014. We offer one apartment on the first floor with an area of about 120m2. It consists of three bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, oven and dishwasher, a living room with a dining room and two bathrooms with bathtubs. This accommodation unit can host up to eight people, i.e. six adults and two children, as the owners can provide you with two extra beds, if necessary. Each bedroom has its own terrace (two overlook the yard behind the house, and the third overlooks the city beach), while the living room opens onto a large veranda with a fantastic view of the sea. The apartment offers its guests wireless internet signal, AC, TV and hair dryer.
Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen is done every three days.
The villa has a private yard with a barbecue at the back of the house.
There is a private parking lot for two places, while other vehicles can be left on the street in front of the accommodation.
When driving from the direction of Prinos and you see Skala Maries, you should turn right from the highway, pass Sunset beach, then go half-left up the hill to the church, where you follow the road to the left (not towards the center) for another 50m, after which you turn right. Follow this street for another 100m and you will find your accommodation on the right side of the road.
If you want to vacation with friends or want comfort for yourself, villa Smaro is an excellent choice.
