Sol Pedra Villa is a new and modernly equipped facility located on a hill near the town of Skala Marijes. The nearest beach is 200 meters away, while Atspas beach is about 1 km away. The center of Skala Marijes, with its shops and restaurants, is 1.5 km away. The villa is positioned on the road to Limenaria and due to its location offers a quiet and comfortable vacation.
Structure and accommodation capacity
This newly built facility offers five spacious rooms that can be rented individually or together as a unit for a total of 18 people. On the ground floor there are three four-bed rooms equipped with a French bed and bunk beds. On the first floor there are two triple rooms with a double bed and one single bed. The rooms on the first floor have a view of the sea, while the rooms on the ground floor have a view of the mountain and the sea.
Equipment and common facilities
All units are similarly equipped and have air conditioning, television, internet access and mosquito nets. Each room has its own bathroom, a spacious balcony and a small refrigerator, while the common kitchen is located on the ground floor of the building. On the ground floor, guests can also use the barbecue. In front of the house there is a common part of the yard with a swimming pool, deckchairs and umbrellas.
Maintenance and parking
Accommodation units are cleaned daily, while bed linen and towels are changed after three days of stay. The facility does not have its own parking lot inside the yard, but guests can park their vehicles in front of the house itself
