Stone Village Houses is an exclusive complex of villas located in Skala Marijes, only 10 meters away from the sandy beach of Platanes. This modern accommodation combines sophisticated design with a high level of comfort, offering guests a rest in a peaceful and idyllic setting. The complex consists of three carefully designed villas, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay.
Structure of accommodation units
Stone House is an authentic maisonette with direct access to the beach, intended for a stay of up to four people. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen and a double bed, while on the gallery, in the low attic, there is another double bed.
Glass Stone House is a modern single-storey villa with a private pool, designed for a maximum of four people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious living room with a sofa bed for two people.
River House is a spacious ground floor villa with a private pool, designed for four adults and one child. It contains a bedroom with a double bed and a folding armchair, while in the living room there is an additional sofa for two people.
Equipment and facilities
All units are air-conditioned, with air conditioners in the bedrooms and living rooms. Smart TVs with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi, hair dryers and fully equipped kitchens are at guests' disposal. The Stone House Villa has an indoor kitchen with a large fridge, four-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. Villas Glass Stone House and River House have outdoor kitchens with two ceramic hobs and a mini-fridge with a freezer compartment.
Outdoor area and swimming pools
Each villa has a spacious veranda with seating. The Glass Stone House and River House villas have a private pool with sun loungers, a summer house with an outdoor dining area and a barbecue. Villa Stone House also allows guests to use the barbecue and relax on deckchairs in the yard with direct access to the beach.
Additional information
The cleaning of the units, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is done daily. Pets are allowed on request and there is no additional charge for the stay. Guests can park their vehicles in front of the accommodation or in the immediate vicinity. The accommodation is 8 km from Limenaria, 31 km from Limenas and 55 km from the airport in Kavala.
