Thea Apartments is located on a hill in the village of Skala Maries, so guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset from each studio. The villa is new, modernly furnished and has a private parking space within the yard. The owners are very nice people always ready to help.
The villa is about 300m from the city beach, as well as from the town center with taverns, a shop, a bakery and a butcher. Sunset beach is 350m away.
We offer four modernly equipped studios on the ground floor (two two-bed and two four-bed), which have been rented out since 2018. One extra bed with a standard mattress can be added to each unit because the studios are very spacious.
Four-bed studios (number 1 and 2) have two single beds and one double bed, an equipped kitchen with a stove and a small refrigerator, and a larger bathroom with a shower. Their area is about 38m2.
Two-bed studios (number 3 and 4) have one double bed, an equipped kitchen with a stove and a small refrigerator, as well as a larger bathroom with a shower. Their area is about 30m2.
All studios have wireless internet, air conditioning, safe, TV, mosquito nets and hair dryer. The terraces are separated. The owners live on the first floor of the villa.
Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen are usually done every three days. The frequency also depends on the length of the guest's stay.
The yard is smaller and has toys for children.
Parking is provided for all guests.
There are two approaches to the villa. One is from the highway via a shorter dirt road, while the other is longer, along a half-asphalted street with a greater incline.
