Alexander Studios is located in Skala Potamia, in the first row to the sea. The accommodation units are very neat, and most of them have a direct view of the sea. The facility is within walking distance of all the facilities that Skala Potamija offers.
It is 500m from the town center and 270m from the city beach, which is sandy and has a long shallow. The first shop is located just a few meters from the villa.
The accommodation has eight units - seven studios and one apartment, spread over two levels. Three studios are on the ground floor, while the other four studios and an apartment are on the first floor.
Ground floor
Studio no. 1: Double studio with one double bed.
Studio no. 2: Four-bed studio with one double and two single beds (slightly smaller square footage).
Studio no. 3: Three-bed studio with one double bed and one single bed.
Note: Balconies of studio no. 1 and 2 are not completely enclosed and can be reached from the main sidewalk.
First floor
Studio no. 9: Double studio with its own entrance from the side of the building. It has a double bed and a balcony with a side view of the sea.
Apartment no. 5: Three-bed apartment with a separate bedroom with a single bed, while the other room has a double bed. In the room with a single bed, there is also a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator. Both rooms have access to a common balcony with a side view of the sea.
Studio no. 6: Three-bed studio with one double bed and one single bed. The balcony has a sea view.
Studio no. 7: Double studio with double bed. This is the smallest unit in the property and is recommended for guests who do not plan to spend much time in the room. It has a balcony with a view of the sea, but it is smaller in size.
Studio no. 8: Three-bed studio with one double bed and one single bed. The balcony has a sea view.
In most units, the kitchen is separated from the sleeping area, except in studios no. 2, 7 and 9 and in the apartment, where it is in the same room with the beds. The kitchens are equipped with the necessary utensils for food preparation. Bathrooms in all units are slightly smaller and have a shower without a curtain or cabin.
The area of two-bed studios is 15-18m2, three-bed studios 18-23m2, while four-bed studios and three-bed apartments are about 25m2. Each unit has TV, air conditioning and internet access.
Cleaning, changing of towels and bed linen are done every three days.
The accommodation does not have its own parking lot, but guests can park their vehicles in the nearby public parking lot.
Directions for arrival: If you are coming from Limenas, it is best to get to the center of Skala Potamia and go down right next to the sea. Drive straight and a few meters after Cafe En Plo, you will see the Alexander Studios sign on the left.
Although the furniture is older and wooden, everything is very well maintained. If you want accommodation in the first row to the sea, close to the center, restaurants and the promenade, Alexander may be a good choice for you.
