.Carpe Diem Luxury Studios is a newly built accommodation located in the immediate vicinity of the beach, in the picturesque surroundings of Skala Potamije. It is an object with nicely and comfortably decorated studios, equipped with new and modern furniture, and private parking is also available to guests.
Accommodation Carpe Diem is located in an attractive part of Skala Potamije and offers the opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable vacation just 130 meters from the city beach. The nearest store, where you can find all the necessary groceries, including fresh pastries, is only 250 meters from the property.
There are a total of seven studios on offer: one two-bed studio of 23 m², two three-bed studios of the same square footage and four four-bed studios of 26 m². On the upper ground floor there are one four-bed, one three-bed and one two-bed studio, while on the first floor there are one three-bed and three four-bed studios.
The layout of the beds varies depending on the type of studio. The two-bed studio has one double bed, the three-bed studios have a double bed and one single bed, while the four-bed studios have a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed for two people with a standard mattress. In two four-bed studios, there is the possibility of adding an extra bed, with a slight reduction in space.
All studios have a balcony with a side view of the sea, while one of the three-bed studios has even two balconies, which additionally contributes to the comfort of the stay.
Each accommodation unit has a kitchenette with a small fridge and an induction hob with two heaters, whereby food preparation by frying is not allowed. The kitchens are intended for the preparation of light meals and are equipped with basic dishes. The bathrooms have shower cabins with a glass partition, and guests have access to air conditioning, a TV, a safe, a hair dryer and mosquito nets.
The stay of pets is allowed, with mandatory prior notice at the time of booking.
For maximum guest comfort, cleaning is done daily, towels are changed every four days, while bed linen is changed every two days.
