Charitini Villa is one of the most sought-after accommodations in our offer, which usually fills up very quickly. The building in question is located in the second row from the sea, a few steps from the promenade with souvenir shops, restaurants and a playground for the youngest visitors, as well as the sandy city beach with a long shallow. The yard is nicely tucked away and full of greenery.
The villa is located in Skala Potamia. It is only 25 meters away from the beach and is located in the center of town. The first store, where you can also buy some of the bakery products, is located on the promenade, a few steps from the accommodation.
It consists of two apartments and three studios, which are located on the ground floor and on the first floor. There is one four-bed apartment and one studio on the ground floor, while the other rooms are on the first floor
Double studios consist of one French bed and, if necessary, one extra bed can be added. The apartments consist of one French bed and two single beds. In the apartment on the first floor, it is possible to add an extra bed. The area of the studio is 15m2, while the area of the apartment is 30m2. The four-bed apartment on the ground floor has two bathrooms and the kitchen is in the room where there are two single beds. It is possible to insert an extra bed. The apartment on the first floor and one studio, which is also located on the first floor, have a kitchen on the terrace. Also, one of the studios on the first floor does not have a fenced balcony, but a sitting area in front of the entrance.
All accommodation units have bathroom, TV, air conditioning, wireless internet and hair dryer. The kitchens in the studios and apartments have an electric kettle and a coffee maker.
Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen are done every three days.
Although both apartments and studios have kitchens, preparing meals is allowed, but not frying, for which a kitchen is provided in the beautifully landscaped courtyard of the villa. In addition to the stove, the kitchen in the yard has a grill as well as furniture for sitting, dining and hanging out in the shade. The courtyard of the villa has enough space for children to play safely because it is fenced. There is also a shower that guests can use when coming from the beach. The villa has a private parking provided for its guests.
If you are coming from the direction of Limenas, you need to go down to the very center of Skala Potamije where you will turn right and continue straight until the first street on the left where you need to turn. The first house on the left is Villa Charitini.
