Elisavet Nuevo Studios & Suites is a newly built and modernly equipped facility located in a quiet part of Skala Potamije, close to the sea, promenade and shops. Accommodation offers spacious and comfortable units with a high standard of hygiene, with private parking provided for all guests.
The building is located in the very center of the town, only 100 meters from the nearest market and 140 meters from the city beach.
Structure of accommodation units
A total of five units are available to guests:
Three-bed studios (Confidence and Happiness, 28 m2): located on the first floor and can host up to three people. They contain a double bed and a sofa, a standard refrigerator with a freezer and a balcony with a view of the sea. Studio Happiness has a slightly more open view towards the coast.
Creativity duplex apartment (55 m2): located on the upper ground floor and has two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two joined single beds) and a living room with a sofa. It has a veranda facing the courtyard with a partial view of the sea.
Serenity duplex apartment (55 m2): it is located above the Creativity apartment on the first floor. It has the same bed layout, but has a large balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the yard.
Duplex apartment Optimism: it is located on the high ground floor of the second building and is suitable for people with disabilities. It has two bedrooms with the same bed arrangement as the other apartments, with two private verandas overlooking the courtyard.
Equipment and services
All units are designed for ultimate comfort and include: Two air conditioners (in duplex apartments) Kitchen with oven and large refrigerator with freezer WiFi, TV, safe and hair dryer Mosquito nets on the windows and coffee maker Bathrooms with glass shower cabins
Units are cleaned and towels are changed daily, while bed linen is changed every two days.

The yard is spacious, with a well-maintained lawn and a private parking space that guarantees a safe place for guests' vehicles.
