Villa Verde is a newly built facility equipped with modern furniture and all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchens, own barbecues, washing machines and private parking space are at guests' disposal.
The villa is located in Skala Potamia, 550 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the center of the village. The first store is located only 100 meters from the accommodation.
**Structure of accommodation units**
The building offers three spacious accommodation units: two identical maisonettes in the front part of the courtyard and one three-room apartment on the ground floor, in the rear part of the courtyard.
Maisonettes Verde 1 and Verde 2 (100 m2) spread over two levels. On the ground floor there are:
Spacious living room with corner sofa
Large and fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, espresso machine, toaster and kettle
Bathroom with shower and exit to the balcony
Screens that can be used to separate the part with corner furniture from the kitchen and dining room
Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds, an additional sofa in the hallway and a second bathroom. One of the rooms has a balcony with a partial sea view.
Apartment Verde 3 (88 m2) is located on the ground floor and has:
Living room with sofa bed and one single bed
Two bedrooms with one double bed each
Superbly equipped kitchen, identical to those in maisonettes
Bathroom with bathtub

All units are designed for maximum comfort and include:
Air conditioning and TV in the living room
Washing machine, iron and hair dryer
Mosquito nets on all windows
Own brick grill for each unit
Welcome gift for guests (wine, honey, jam)
**Maintenance and Location**
The yard of the building is beautifully decorated and maintained. The cleaning of the units, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is done twice during the stay - at the very beginning and halfway through the shift. Guests are provided with private parking.
The villa is easily accessible from the main road leading from the direction of Panagia to Potamia. After passing the BP and EKO gas stations on the right, you will soon notice the Villa Verde facility.
