Harmony Studios & Apartments is a newer complex of accommodation units, located in a quiet location, but at the same time close to the center and all the amenities that a tourist place offers. Guests have at their disposal a very spacious yard with toys for children, as well as tables and chairs with umbrellas. The facility also has a private parking lot.
The accommodation is located in Skala Potamija, about 230 meters from the sandy city beach. The nearest shop and bakery are about 290 meters from the villa.
There are a total of five accommodation units in the offer - four studios of around 20 m², intended for up to three people, and one maisonette of around 30 m² which can host up to four people.
Entering the courtyard, one first encounters two studios on the ground floor, marked as studio number 1 and studio number 3. There is also a third studio (number 2), but it is occupied by the owners and is not intended for rent. Studios number 1 and 3 are identically equipped and contain one double and one single bed. In front of the entrance to each studio there is a fenced seating area with a table and chairs, and the studios face the mountain and the front yard.
In the rear part of the yard and the building, there are the remaining three units available for booking - two studios and one maisonette. All studios are exactly the same and, like the front ones, have one double and one single bed. The maisonette has a double bed on the ground floor, while there are two single beds on the open gallery. In front of the entrance to each unit is an enclosed seating area with a table and chairs, and these units overlook the rear yard.
All accommodation units have a kitchenette with two hotplates, refrigerator, air conditioning (maisonette has two air conditioners), TV, bathroom with shower, wardrobe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker and wireless internet. There is only one baby cot in the facility, which is available upon request.
The yard is extremely large - the front part is partially grassy, while the rest is covered with small stones, while the back part of the yard is completely under grass. In the yard there are tables and chairs with umbrellas, a play area with toys for the little ones, as well as a barbecue that is available to guests.
Cleaning of accommodation units, as well as changing of towels and bed linen, is done every three days.
Private parking is provided for up to five vehicles.
