Kohili Studios is a property located in the first row from the sea. It is a modest accommodation, the biggest advantage of which is the location and availability of all facilities. The owners are friendly and accommodating, always available to their guests.
The accommodation is located in Skala Potamija, 20m from the sea and some 300m from the town center. The beach in front of this accommodation is rocky, but after about fifty meters to the left, there is a sandy part. The nearest supermarket with a bakery is a minute's walk away.
Kohili Studios is a decent establishment offering seven studios (six of which are available for online booking), namely three on the ground floor and three on the first floor. The studios on the first floor consist of two joined single beds and a third can be pulled out from under one of them, but we must note that in this case the square footage is narrowed. The studios on the ground floor have three single beds and another single bed can be pulled out from under one of them.
All are air-conditioned, have a TV set and a balcony or an area in front of the entrance to the studio with seating. The square footage of the accommodation units is about 15m2, with the exception of one two-bed studio on the first floor, which is slightly smaller. In general, upstairs studios are smaller than those on the ground floor.
Cleaning, changing of bed linen and towels is done every three days.
The yard is spacious and paved. On the first floor there is also a common veranda with tables and chairs, from where there is a direct view of the sea.
The accommodation has a private parking lot.
When you reach the central intersection in Skala Potamija from the direction of Skala Panagia, turn left, drive to the coast, then turn left along the coast itself. After 100-200m you will see small ground-floor buildings directly next to the beach. Behind those buildings you will see a narrow passage leading to the accommodation.
The biggest advantage of this accommodation is the location. If you are not demanding, want decent and affordable accommodation very close to the beach, Kohili is a good choice.
Skala Potamia is ideal for a quiet family vacation. If you want fun and entertainment, a larger selection of shops and restaurants, the capital Limenas is about 15 kilometers away.
