Lavender Apartments is one of the most popular facilities in our offer. It is a very nice villa, within walking distance of the beach and all the facilities that a place has to offer.
The accommodation is located in the heart of Skala Potamije, 110m from the city beach.
It is a relatively new villa, with nicely furnished apartments. The villa consists of three buildings. Two buildings have three apartments each, and one has two.
All apartments are identical, except that the apartments on the ground floor have one terrace, while the apartments on the first floor have two terraces each. The apartments on the second, highest floor have the most beautiful view of the sea. The apartments have one folding bed the size of a French bed in the living room. There is also a kitchen in the same room. There is a double bed in the bedroom. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a door.
Cleaning is done daily, while towels are changed every two days, and bed linen is changed every three days.
The terraces are spacious, the kitchens are decently equipped. All apartments have air conditioning (in the bedroom), hair dryer, wireless internet signal and TV. There are mosquito nets, but only on the windows.
There is space for parking 4-5 cars in the yard.
This villa is an excellent choice for anyone who wants accommodation in the very center of town, near the promenade, beach, shops, bakery, supermarket, restaurants and cafes, and at the same time wants quality and new accommodation.
At the central intersection (from the main road) from the direction of Golden Beach, go left, then take the first street on the right and after about 50 meters you will see the Lavender apartments on the left side of the street.
