Memories Villa is located in Skala Potamia, in an excellent location close to the center and all the facilities that this place has to offer. The sandy city beach is about 300m from the accommodation. Private parking is available to guests within the courtyard.
At a distance of about 100m there are restaurants, supermarkets, souvenir and clothing shops. Near the accommodation there are also a bakery, a pastry shop, as well as a cafe with a small children's playground.
The villa offers six accommodation units, including two five-bed apartments and four studios - two four-bed, one three-bed and one two-bed. Apartment no. is located on the ground floor. 1 and three-bed studio no. 2, while all other units are located on the first floor.
The two-bed studio has a double bed, the three-bed studio has three single beds, two of which are joined, while the four-bed studios have a double or two joined single beds with an additional single bed and a pull-out armchair. The apartments have four single beds (two joined) and an additional single bed (apartment No. 4 has a drawer bed).
All units are equipped with air conditioning, TV, internet, mosquito nets, hairdryer, kitchen with stove, small fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The bathrooms have a bathtub (apartment no. 1 on the ground floor), a shower without a bathtub with a curtain (apartment no. 4 and studio no. 2), while the other units have a shower bath with a glass screen.
The yard is fenced and offers private parking for four cars (others can be parked in front of the gate or near the accommodation), as well as a shared barbecue. All accommodation units have their own balcony or veranda, and units on the first floor have a partial view of the sea in the distance.
Pets are not allowed. Accommodation units are cleaned daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every two to three days.
