Mesimvria Studios is a modest and decent accommodation, not far from the very center of the town and all the facilities that a tourist place offers. It has a private parking lot as well as a mobile grill that is available to guests.
Accommodation is located in Skala Potamija, 500m from the city beach, next to the main road that passes through Skala Potamija, opposite the ATM. The first store is 100m away from the accommodation, while the center is 350m away.
Mesimvria Studios consists of 16 studios, but only four are available for online booking, namely two four-bed (24m2) and four three-bed studios (20m2).
Two three-bed studios are located on the second floor, while the remaining two are on the ground floor, but the studios on the ground floor are not rented out for the 2023 season. The three-bed studios consist of one French bed and one single bed. Four-bed studios are located on the second floor and consist of one French bed and two single beds.
Each of them has a kitchen, refrigerator, TV, air conditioner, spacious terrace and bathroom. In the hall of the villa there is a sofa for sitting with a TV, and guests are provided with Wi-Fi internet, the signal of which varies and is strongest on the terraces of the studio. The furniture is new, the beds are classic wooden.
Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done every two days, so the studios are very clean and tidy.
The villa has a large grassy yard and a mobile barbecue, and free private parking is provided for guests.
The villa is very easy to find, if you are coming from the main road from Limenas, as soon as you pass the Korina hotel, continue straight for a few meters until you see Mesimvri on the left, which is marked with a sign pointing to the accommodation.
If you want very decent accommodation at decent prices in Skala Potamia, close to all amenities, Mesimvria Studios can be an excellent choice.
