Nina 2 Studios is a newer accommodation in Skala Potamia with a beautiful courtyard, parking and well-equipped studios. It is really recommended for families with children and those who want clean accommodation, peace and quiet. It is located just a few minutes' walk from the beach and the center.
It is located 300 meters from the beach and the center of Skala Potamije.
A total of 10 studios (25m2) are available. Each of them has one French or two joined single beds and a fold-out armchair for a child. Four studios have another standard single bed that can be pulled out from under the French bed, so they can be four-bed. All units overlook the front yard. The studios are air-conditioned, have a well-equipped kitchen, LCD TV and hairdryer, as well as terraces with a clothes dryer, table and chairs. A cot is available upon request.
Cleaning, changing of bed linen and towels is done every three days.
The yard is spacious and the lawn is very nicely landscaped. Behind the house is a brick barbecue, a shared kitchen and a large table with chairs.
Private parking is right next to the villa.
The nearest supermarket and bakery are five minutes' walk away.
Coming from the direction of Limenas and the village of Panagia, after the Alfa Bank ATM, you will see on the main road a signpost for Eric's Apartments and Villa Olvia. Turn there, and you will soon see Nina 2 Studios on your left.
