Nina Studios is a beautifully decorated and meticulous accommodation, not far from the city center. Private parking and a brick barbecue are available to guests. The owners are very friendly and try to make their guests have an unforgettable vacation.
The accommodation is located on the main road, about 400m from the beach and 300m from the center of Skala Potamije.
It consists of two buildings. In the first building, which is closer to the main road, there are two studios for rent on the first floor with an excellent view of the sea. Right behind this building, there is another one, where you can find seven more studios (25m2) and an apartment (35m2), spread over three floors. There are two studios on the ground floor, three more studios on the first floor, and an apartment and two studios on the second floor.
The studios have two single beds and one additional one that can be pulled out from under the existing beds, so that three people can stay in them. They are air-conditioned, have TV, safe and hairdryer.
The apartment consists of a bedroom with two joined single beds and an additional pull-out bed, and a living room with a sofa bed for two children, a well-equipped kitchen, dining table, bathroom and air conditioning.
Balconies are spacious and include a clothes dryer, and mosquito nets are available in only three units.
Cleaning, bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
The yard is paved and decorated with taste, with lots of flowers and various decorations.
As part of the accommodation, guests have the option of using a brick barbecue and a shared kitchen. Everyone is provided with parking and use of the Internet, and if necessary, the use of a washing machine at no extra charge. The accommodation is just a three-minute walk from restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.
When you get off the ferry in Limenas, follow the road towards Panagia and Potamia. After about 7km you will arrive in Panagia, go through the center and follow the road to Potamija. Go through Potamia and continue straight. When you pass the BP gas station and then the EKO pump, after about 100m you will reach the supermarket. Nina Studios is next to a supermarket.
If you want decent accommodation, close to the beach, promenade, shops and other facilities offered by Skala Potamia, Nina Studios could be a good choice.
