Olive Studios is a modest and decent accommodation, located not far from the center of the town and all the facilities offered by the tourist destination. It has private parking, as well as a barbecue that is available to guests. The yard is spacious and full of greenery.
Accommodation is located in Skala Potamija, 600m from the city beach, along the main road that passes through the town. The first store is 250m from the accommodation, the first bakery 150m, while the center is 400m away.
Olive Studios consists of two apartments and four studios, all located on the first floor.
Studios number 1, 2 and 3 have three single beds, while studio number 4 has one double and one single bed. These studios are suitable for two adults and one child, given that the single bed is smaller than standard and not suitable for an adult.
Apartment number 5 has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, with the possibility of adding another bed if necessary. The kitchen is separate and has two stoves and a large refrigerator. Apartment number 6 also has two bedrooms, each with two single beds. Under one of the single beds there is an extra bed that can be pulled out and used as needed. The kitchen is separate and equipped with two stoves and a large refrigerator. The apartments have one air conditioner located in the hallway, as well as two balconies each.
All accommodation units have a kitchen, fridge, electric kettle, TV, hair dryer, air conditioner, terrace and bathroom. The yard is spacious and equipped with toys for the youngest guests. Free private parking with enough space for all vehicles is provided for guests.
It is important to note that cooking in the rooms is not allowed, but there is a shared kitchen in the courtyard where cooking is possible.
Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done once during the stay.
The owners can provide a cot for babies on request, with an extra charge of €10 per day.
The villa is very easy to find: if you come from the main road from the direction of Limenas, as soon as you pass the Jet Oil gas station on the left, continue straight for a few meters until you see Olive Studios on the right, marked by a sign pointing to the accommodation.
If you are looking for a decent accommodation close to the center and the beach in Skala Potamia, and you are not too demanding because the accommodation is really modest, Olive Studios can be a good choice.
