Polina Villa is an excellent choice for two families or a larger group that wants more privacy, as it is a completely separate property. The villa is spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with all the necessary amenities to make guests feel at home. It is located near Golden Beach, one of the most famous and beautiful beaches on the island.
The accommodation is about 600 meters from the beach. The nearest Albatros mini-market is 200 meters away, while the larger Carrefour supermarket is about 800 meters away and offers a wide selection of groceries and bakery products. The first restaurants are about 300 meters from the villa.
On the ground floor of the house there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two rooms have one double bed each, while the third is equipped with bunk beds and an additional pull-out bed with a standard mattress. The bathroom has a bathtub.
On the first floor there is a large living room, a kitchen with a dining room, another bathroom and a spacious terrace with a table, chairs and seating. In the living room there is a corner sofa that can sleep two children. The space is very comfortable, with enough space for all guests, a large TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle, as well as a dining table.
There is a brick barbecue in the yard, which is available to guests.
During the stay, the guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the accommodation, while a clean set of bed linen and towels is provided upon arrival.
Private parking is provided within the yard of the villa.
After disembarking from the ferry in Limenas, it is necessary to follow the road towards Panagia and Potamia. After approximately 7 kilometers, you reach Panagia, pass through the town center and continue towards Skala Potamia. After the BP pump, after about 900 meters, turn left past Thoma Studios, then drive another 400 meters, turn right, then right again into the first street. After 100 meters, on the left is Polina Villa.
