Rania Studios is a decent facility with a large yard for children to play, socialize, barbecue and relax. The location of the villa is excellent, considering that all amenities are only a few minutes' walk away, and on the other hand, it offers conditions for a peaceful family vacation.
The accommodation is located in Skala Potamija, only a hundred meters from the beach and about 400m from the city center.
The house is divided into two parts, because, seen from the front, the right side of the building is elevated in relation to the rest of the building. In the central part of the building there is a high ground floor, first and second floors, while in the part of the building that is higher than the rest of the building there is a basement, first, second and third floors.
Central part of the building:
On the upper ground floor there are four standard studios (28m2) and in them there is one French bed and a sofa bed for two people. On the first floor there are also three more standard studios, equipped in the same way as one three-bed luxury studio with one French bed and a sofa bed. An extra bed for children up to 15 years old can be added to this studio, with an extra charge if the children are older than 10 years old. On the second floor there are two luxury apartments (30m2) and two luxury studios (30m2). Luxury studios and apartments are equipped in the same way - a French bed and a sofa bed for two people.
The right part of the building that is elevated and higher than the central building:
This part of the building consists of apartments in the basement (a couple of steps below ground level), two standard apartments on the first floor, two luxury apartments on the second floor and two suites on the third floor.
The large apartment (70m2) has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people, and if necessary, an extra bed can be inserted for a child up to 4 years old. This unit overlooks the courtyard.
The two standard apartments on the first floor of this facility consist of a bedroom with a French bed and a sofa bed for two people in the living room. The area of standard apartments is 30m2.
Two luxury apartments on the second floor consist of a separate bedroom with a French bed and a living room with a sofa bed for two people. These accommodation units have a view of the sea and their area is 30m2.
The Mountain Suite (25m2) has a view of the mountain, as the name suggests, and consists of a French bed and a couch for one person in the same room, so it can host a maximum of three people. Sea suite (25m2) is equipped in the same way, only it has a view of the sea.
In its rich offer, this accommodation also has one room (16m2) without a kitchen on the second floor. It consists of a French bed and can host two people. There is a fridge and air conditioner in the accommodation unit itself and this room overlooks the mountain. Guests staying in this accommodation unit can also use the shared kitchen.
In the kitchens, it is recommended to prepare only light meals. For everything else, guests can use the shared kitchen.
Only in the deluxe part there are mosquito nets on the windows. In a standard apartment on the first floor, an extra bed can be inserted for a person up to 15 years old, but it should be noted that the proctor is significantly reduced. An extra bed can also be inserted in the large apartment in the basement.
Towels are changed every other day, while bed linen is changed every third day. Accommodation units are cleaned every day.
The yard is really big, ideal for children to play and run around, but also for socializing, barbecuing and enjoying. The grill is mobile. Private parking is provided for all guests.
The accommodation is very easy to reach, you need to go down to the center and turn left at the souvenir shop on the corner. Continue straight until you see Rania Studios and the board of the accommodation of the same name on the left.
