San Giorgio Villa is a quality accommodation located in a quiet part of Skala Potamije, 200m from the beach. It offers spacious apartments and studios as well as a large yard, equipped with furniture for sitting and enjoying, and a brick barbecue is available to guests.
San Giorgio Villa is a brand new accommodation with 10 excellent apartments. It is located in a quiet part of Skala Potamije, in a very quiet place, 200m from the beach and a 3-4 minute walk from the center.
The apartments are very spacious, equipped with new, modern and quality furniture. They are located on the first and second floor, have the same square footage (45m2) and layout. They consist of a bedroom with a double bed and an air-conditioned living room with a sofa and a single drawer bed. The kitchen is large and well-equipped, and in addition to the basic elements, utensils and dishes, it contains a coffee machine and an electric kettle, and there is also a dining table. The bathrooms in the apartments are spacious and have a shower cabin. The terraces are also spacious and have excellent side views of the sea and the mountains, a dryer and a table with chairs.
One apartment, identical to the others, is located in the basement. It is very well lit and has two verandas (in the living room and bedroom).
In the attic of the villa there is an excellent studio for 4-5 people. It is very spacious (70m2), has one double bed, a couch and an armchair, and also a view of the mountains and the sea. If you are a romantic, you will really like this studio. Five adults can stay in this studio, if they are part of the same family.
Guests have at their disposal wireless internet, a hair dryer, and most apartments also have a safe, while a baby cot is available upon request when booking.
Cleaning, changing of bed linen and towels is done every two days.
The villa is set in a courtyard with a well-kept lawn full of flowers, with seating and a children's play area, as well as a barbecue area with large tables for dining in the shade.
This facility has a private parking lot.
Driving along the main road from Skala Panagia, at the central intersection in Skala Potamia, turn left towards the sea, and then into the first street (parallel to the coast) on the left. A few hundred meters later, turn left past the pink villa Porto Thassos and after 50m you will reach Villa San Giorgio, next to the Aegli Hotel.
It is 200m away from the first store.
Limenas, the capital of the island, is only about 10 kilometers away and offers much more content and entertainment for tourists than Skala Potamia, which is perfect for a quiet family vacation.
