Toptsis Boutique Rooms is a recently renovated accommodation located in the first row to the sea, just a minute's walk from the sandy town beach in Skala Potamia. The property is a short walking distance from the center and the main waterfront promenade, where there are numerous traditional taverns, bars, shops and a children's playground.
The accommodation is accessed from the promenade, through the Medousa cafe. The first shop is 180m away, and the butcher is 100m away.
The facility offers four rooms with an area of 12 m², designed for two adults and one child. The rooms are equipped with a double bed, while a pull-out bed or an extra bed can be added for the child, with a note that this significantly narrows the space and reduces comfort.
Alexandra and Afendria rooms are located on the ground floor and each has a table with chairs in front of the entrance. On the first floor are rooms Athina and Evangelia, which share a common (pass-through) balcony with a view of the mountains.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with wireless internet, TV, hairdryer and mosquito nets. A baby cot is available on request. The rooms do not have their own kitchen, but they are equipped with a fridge, kettle and toaster. Guests have access to a common outdoor kitchen on the ground floor, as well as a common area with tables and chairs.
Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily. Bed linen is changed every fourth day.
The accommodation does not have private parking, but parking spaces can be found on public areas nearby.
Pets are not allowed.
