Venia's House is an accommodation located very close to the beach, with secured private parking and very good facilities. The apartments are spacious, nicely decorated, and in the yard there is a barbecue area with a table and chairs, ideal for socializing. The city center is also within easy reach.
The facility is located in Skala Potamija, about 150 m from the beach. The first store, as well as the town center itself, are about 200 m away, while there is a butcher across the street from the accommodation.
There are two accommodation units on offer - one apartment with two bedrooms (100 m²) on the first floor, with a capacity of up to seven people, and one five-bed apartment (45 m²) on the ground floor, intended for a maximum of five people.
The apartment on the ground floor has one separate bedroom with a double bed. In the living room, which is connected to the kitchen, there is a sofa bed for two more people, and if necessary, the owners can add an extra bed for a fifth person. The bathroom has a shower without a curtain, while the kitchen is equipped with two hotplates, a refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker and an electric kettle. There is a sitting area in front of the entrance to the apartment. This apartment has two TVs, air conditioning and a washing machine.
The upstairs apartment has two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa for two people, and if necessary, the owners can add an extra bed for the seventh person. The apartment has two balconies - one with a partial view of the sea (due to the buildings in front) and the other with a view of the street. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with a stove with an oven and four hotplates, a refrigerator, a coffee maker and an electric kettle. The bathroom has a bathtub, and a washing machine is also available. The apartment has three TV sets and is air-conditioned.
Both accommodation units have internet, hair dryer, as well as the possibility of getting a baby cot with prior notice when booking. There is also a barbecue in the yard that guests can use.
During the stay, the guests take care of the hygiene of the accommodation themselves, while the towels and bed linen are changed once during the stay. The owners perform a complete cleaning after the departure of the previous guests.
A private parking lot with three parking spaces is available.
