Villa Pagali is a new and modern accommodation located in the very center of Skala Potamia, close to the promenade, shops, souvenir shops and restaurants. In its offer, it has spacious units equipped with new and high-quality furniture.
The accommodation is 120m from the beach, and the first market is right across the street from the building. The villa offers four apartments (55m2) with one separate bedroom:
Pagali 1 (Ground Floor): It consists of a separate bedroom with a French bed and a living room with a sofa bed for two people. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with a stove and oven. Note: Only this apartment does not have a private parking space.
Pagali 2 (High ground floor): It has a separate bedroom with two single beds, while the living room has a sofa bed. The kitchen is large and has a stove with an oven.
Pagali 3 (First floor): It has a separate bedroom with two single beds joined together and a living room with a sofa bed for two people. The kitchen is large and equipped with an oven.
Pagali 4 (First floor): It consists of a bedroom with a French bed and a living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is large and well equipped, with a large fridge and a stove with an oven.
All accommodation units have a private bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, electric kettle, coffee and frappe maker, toaster and other necessary appliances. Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every 3-4 days.
The yard is small, paved and fenced, which contributes to the safety of children. It is well maintained with lots of flowers and greenery, and a brick barbecue is available to guests. The accommodation has three private parking spaces.
Directions for arrival: When you reach the central intersection in Skala Potamia, turn left at the bakery on the corner. After a few meters, across the street from the market, you will see Villa Pagali.
If you want quality accommodation in the very center of town, close to all amenities and the beach, Pagali can be an excellent choice for your vacation. Skala Potamia is ideal for a quiet family vacation, while the capital Limenas is about 15 km away.
