On a special part of the island, in Skala Prinos, where the olive green color meets the beautiful blue sea, there is Panaretos accommodation, which offers guests ten rooms with sea view. The accommodation is ideal for all those looking for peace and a sandy beach.
Villa Panaretos is located in Skala Prinos, right on the beach. It is about 2 km from the center of the village where the nearest shops are located.
We offer 10 rooms with separate terraces and a beautiful view of the sea. Four rooms are located on the high ground floor, while the remaining six are on the first floor. They all have an area of about 20m2. There are two triple rooms with a French bed and a single bed. One is located on the high ground floor, while the other is on the first floor. The other units are double with two joined single beds, with the fact that in some of them an extra bed can be inserted, and two have, in addition to two single beds, a single bed for a child up to 6 years old.
All rooms have a bathroom with a shower and a curtain, as well as a small refrigerator. The owner can give the guests a hairdryer to use. All rooms have air conditioning, TV and internet. Pets are not allowed. There are mosquito nets only on the doors.
Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen are usually done every three days. Guests can also use the owner's washing machine by arrangement.
The yard is spacious and with a lot of shade. Guests have at their disposal a barbecue and a common open-air kitchen with a stove and a microwave. In the yard, there are also toys for children, seating and deckchairs that can be taken to the beach. The owners think that there is a lot of shade in the yard, so they don't have umbrellas.
There is also a parking lot within the yard with enough space for all guests.
The accommodation is located at the very end of the town. Going along the beach, when you pass the Ilio Mare hotel, continue driving on the dirt road and you will come across the villa.
