Perseus Studios is located in a quiet location in Skala Rachona and is perfect for those who love natural surroundings and peaceful holidays. The accommodation has two brand new units, but the older ones are also very clean and well-maintained, and the friendly landlady is always there for anything you need. The accommodation is just a few minutes' walk from the beach of Ariba, which is sandy, has natural shade and is landscaped.
The accommodation is 200 meters from the beach.
Perseus offers seven accommodation units - four studios, two rooms without a kitchen and one maisonette. All accommodation units are located on the ground floor.
Studio No. 1 - consists of one double bed and one single bed that can be pulled out from under the double bed.
Studio No. 2 - like studio no. 1 and this studio has one double bed and one single bed. These two studios (No. 1 and No. 2), which are located next to each other, are originally intended for the stay of three people, but the owners can insert another extra bed for a fourth person, with the note that the space narrows significantly and can be tight.
Studio No. 3 - consists of one French bed and a bunk bed.
Rooms No. 4 and No. 5 - consist of two single beds and are exclusively intended for two people, since there is no place to insert an additional bed. These two units have a shared kitchen that they can use.
As of 2019, two new accommodation units are on offer - one studio for four people (number 6) and one maisonette for five people (number 7). The studio consists of one French bed, one single bed and one extra bed. The new studio has a fully equipped kitchen.
The maisonette consists of a corner suite on the ground floor for one person, while on the first floor there are two joined single beds, but we must note that the ceiling is low. On the ground floor there is another separate bedroom with a French bed. The maisonette has an equipped kitchen.
All studios and rooms have TV, air conditioning, wireless internet signal, safe, while only studios have a kitchen. A cot can be provided upon request. The square footage of accommodation units varies and is on average from 12m2 to 15m2. The maisonette has the largest square footage, 50m2.
Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels are provided for half of the stay.
The yard is spacious, has shade and greenery.
All guests are provided with a parking space.
When coming from Prinos, you will find this accommodation easily. As soon as you pass the large supermarket in Skala Rachoni, turn into the second street on the left and after a hundred meters you will see Studios Perseus on the left. If, on the other hand, you are coming from the direction of Limenas, when you pass the Revoil pump, you need to turn into the second street on the right, continue driving straight until you see this building on the left.
If you want decent accommodation in a yard full of greenery, ideal for a real family vacation, near a sandy beach, Perseus can be an excellent choice.
