Xanthiotis Apartments is a newly built facility with extremely friendly owners who strive to provide guests with a pleasant and relaxed vacation. Accommodation offers private parking and modernly decorated units with brand new furniture.
The building is located in Skala Rahoni, only 100 meters from the city beach and a few meters from the first store.
Structure of accommodation units
All apartments are located on the first floor, and there are three units on offer: Two apartments with two separate bedrooms (54 m2) One apartment with one separate bedroom (41 m2)
Apartments with two bedrooms (number 1 and number 3) are equipped in the same way. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed with a standard mattress. These apartments can host up to six people (four adults and two children). The kitchens in these units have two hotplates and a small oven, and the balconies are spacious and overlook the street.
Apartment with one bedroom (number 2) has a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed with a standard mattress in the living room, intended for one child. The kitchen of this apartment does not have a small oven, and the balcony is slightly smaller compared to duplex apartments.

All accommodation units are modernly equipped and include: Air conditioning and TV with cable channels Internet access and mosquito nets on the windows Hair dryer, electric kettle and toaster Small fridge and shower tub with glass partition
Services and parking
Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen are done every fourth day of stay. A private parking space is available to all guests.
