Xanthoula is an accommodation in Skala Rahoni, just a step away from the beach and away from the crowds and traffic, which makes it ideal for a vacation in the truest sense of the word. The house is surrounded by olive trees, has plenty of shade and a large, well-kept yard to enjoy.
Xanthoula Studios is located only 150m from the sea, 3km from the port of Skala Prinos and 13km from Limenas.
It consists of six studios (about 20m2), one duplex apartment and two apartments with one separate bedroom (32m2). Four studios are located on the first floor, three of which have one double bed and one single bed, while the fourth studio has one double bed and bunk beds. In studios that are equipped with a French bed and a single bed, it is possible to insert a folding armchair. The other two studios are located on the second floor and one consists of three single beds in which it is possible to insert a sofa bed, while the other studio consists of one French bed and one single bed.
The apartment with two bedrooms (30m2) is located on the second floor and in one bedroom there is a French bed, while in the other bedroom there are two single beds.
The two apartments on the top floor consist of one separate bedroom with a double bed, and a living room with a sofa bed that can sleep two adults. The apartments are the same, with the exception that one of them has a slightly lower ceiling. Both apartments overlook the sea.
Cleaning, changing of towels and bed linen is done every three days.
In the yard you will find a parking lot, a children's playground and a barbecue area with a covered kiosk, two tables and chairs.
The nearest supermarket and bakery are about 600m away.
