Giotis Villa is a choice for guests looking for accommodation near the beach and in a quiet environment. The facility is located in Skala Sotiros and offers furnished studios and apartments.
The villa is 30 meters from the nearest beach and 450 meters from the center of the village where there are shops. There is also a city beach in the center, which is more suitable for swimming.
We offer two two-bed studios, four four-bed apartments and two five-bed maisonettes. The studios have an area of 17 m2, one double bed and an equipped kitchen with a small fridge and a stove with an oven. The bathroom has floor tiles without a standard shower cabin. The balcony overlooks the garden. Apartments have 35 m2. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa bed designed for two children. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a small fridge and a stove with an oven. Maisonettes are similar to apartments, with the difference that the bedroom is on the upper level and is not separated by a door. This unit has 40 m2. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a sofa and a folding armchair. On the upper floor there is a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and a curtain.
The studios are located on the high ground floor, four steps above ground level. Two apartments are also on the upper ground floor, while the remaining two are on the first floor. The maisonettes are positioned on the first floor, with the upper level in the attic. First floor units have partial sea views.
Laundry service is available to guests for an additional fee. House order and rest time are from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00. The owners own a school for water sports and diving.
Towels and bed linen are changed every three days, while cleaning is done daily. There are tables and chairs in the yard. Guests can park their cars in nearby streets.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, it is necessary to turn right before the EKO gas station in Skala Sotiros, after which the villa can be seen on the left. The accommodation is suitable for anyone looking for proximity to the beach in a quiet area.
