Parisis Apartments is an accommodation located in the first row to the sea, in an extremely quiet location. The building has a beautifully decorated and fenced yard, rich in greenery and flowers, which makes it an ideal choice for families with children.
Accommodation is located in Skala Sotiros, about forty meters from the small beach and about 130 meters from the larger beach and the first beach bar. The nearest store is about 550 meters from the building.
The offer includes two apartments on the ground floor - one four-bed with one separate bedroom, 50m², and one five-bed with two separate bedrooms, also 50m².
The four-bed apartment is located in the back part of the yard. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there are two sleeping sofas, as well as a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a large refrigerator and the necessary dishes. In front of the entrance to the apartment there is a sitting area with a table and chairs, overlooking the courtyard.
The five-bed apartment with two bedrooms is located in the front part of the yard and is the first object you come across upon entering. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has one double bed of smaller dimensions than standard and one single bed. The kitchen is located in a separate room, intended exclusively for the guests of this apartment, and is equipped with a stove, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The bathroom is also located in that room. In front of the entrance to the apartment there is a veranda with a table and chairs, overlooking the sea.
All accommodations have TV, air conditioning (a five-bed apartment has two air conditioners, one in each bedroom), internet and mosquito nets.
The yard is especially nicely decorated and the owners pay a lot of attention to it. It is full of flowers, the lawn is regularly maintained, and a covered area for rest is also available to guests. From the 2025 season, there is also a swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas in the yard.
