Terraces of apartments are rebuilt if they are rented by families who do not know each other. One apartment is a duplex and consists of 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. Both bedrooms have 2 single beds, TV and air conditioning, while one bedroom has an exit to the terrace. If necessary, another bed can be added to the kitchen. This apartment is ideal for 2 couples or a larger family (two adults and three children) as the bedrooms are separated by a door. The area of ​​the apartment is 30m2. The kitchen is fully equipped. The owner has done her best to make sure you don't miss anything. From a large refrigerator with a freezer, a tea kettle, a coffee whisk, a coffee machine and utensils for cooking and preparing meals. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. From the terrace there is a view of the sea in the distance and there are two tables with chairs and umbrellas. The second apartment has four beds, is smaller (25m2) and consists of one bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a kitchen and two more single beds. The room with the kitchen leads out to the terrace. The rooms are separated by a door. The kitchen equipment is also very good. Towels and bed linen are provided and changed every 5 days, when general cleaning is also done. If you wish, you can maintain more regular hygiene yourself, because both accommodation units have the necessary tools and accessories for that. The yard is of medium size and is located at the back of the villa, so it is protected from possible noise from the street. It is very nicely decorated with small details, flowers and trees and it is great that there is also a barbecue that guests can use. In front of the villa there is a parking space for 2 cars, exactly as many as there are accommodation units in the villa. The owners speak English, Greek and German, so communication can be facilitated if you speak one of these languages. You will find the villa very easily. When you come to Potos from the direction of Limenaria, turn left at the central intersection and drive straight for about 500m, on the road that leads to the traditional village of Teologos. There are three studios, one of which overlooks the main promenade, from the front of the house, while the other two overlook the interior of the courtyard and the small garden that the owners have arranged for their needs and which, among other things, has a portable barbecue that guests are allowed to use. All studios have four beds (25m2) and contain one standard-width double and one narrower double or bunk bed or single bed and a pull-out bed. The bathrooms are all renovated and new, and the kitchens are well equipped. The equipment of the studio is the same as that of the apartment, except that there is a large refrigerator only in the apartment. All accommodation units are equipped with a TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, safe, balcony, modern and new bathroom, internet, mosquito nets and a kitchen that is more than solidly equipped (large fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, electric stove and cooking utensils). A baby cot is also available on request. Cleaning is done every two days, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days. The yard is small, with seating and a barbecue available to guests, and there is also a garden where the owner plants vegetables. The parking lot is about 130m from the accommodation and is intended only for the guests of this villa. Coming from the direction of Limenaria, just before the central intersection and the Luna Park, turn into the alley that branches off to the right of the highway. Rizos Studios is on the right. During the stay, guests take care of their own hygiene, while bed linen and towels are changed every five days. The only drawback can be the fact that the villa does not have its own parking lot, but there is a large and free public parking lot at the entrance to Potos, as well as at the main intersection. Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn left at the central intersection towards Teologos. On the way to Theologos, after 50 meters turn into the first street on the left and after 150 meters you will see the Koukoudis villa. If you want a quiet location and decent accommodation, Koukoudis villa can be a good choice.

A big advantage is that it is located right next to the Potos Hotel, where you can enjoy the swimming pool and the large yard with a drink. The accommodation is located 200 meters from the city beach in Potos and is in the very center of the town. We offer three accommodation units and all are located on the ground floor. Each suite is about 20 square meters. Two accommodation units were newly built for the 2018 season and one for the 2019 season. These are three 3 bed suite studios. Two 3-bed suites consist of one room with a double bed and a pull-out corner set. There is a partition wall between the French bed and the set (you can see the photos). They are air-conditioned, have TV, WiFi, bathroom and equipped kitchen. One has a small refrigerator, while the other has a large one. The third 3 bed suite has a double bed and a sofa bed. In the same room there is an equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, a table and chairs. The bathroom has a shower cabin. This suite is located at the back of the house. Crystal Blue is only 150m from the center of Potos, and 100m from the first shops and markets. Within the old building, there are six accommodation units, six studios to be exact. Three studios are located on the ground floor, and three on the first floor. The accommodation was built in 2015, it is of high quality and with modern furniture. One studio consists of two levels. The area of ​​the studio is about 30m2. On the first floor there are two single beds, as well as a kitchen and a bathroom. You go down the stairs to the lower floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed and one extra bed. All studies are the same. They have a fully equipped kitchen and one double bed, as well as a sofa bed that can sleep two children up to 12 years old. The area of ​​each studio is about 25m2. One of the studios is located on the ground floor and is suitable for people with disabilities.
