We offer four studios, two double and two triple. Two-bed studios (34m2) have one double bed, and three-bed studios (37m2) have one double bed and one single bed each. The studios are air-conditioned, have TV, internet, hairdryer, mosquito nets, safe, kitchen with stove and large refrigerator with freezer compartment, bathroom with two sinks and a large terrace (about 10m2) with a beautiful view of the sea. It is possible to use cable television for an additional fee. Guests have at their disposal a private parking lot with four spaces, as well as umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach. If guests want to check out later than planned, it is possible for an additional fee. The owner is very kind and ready to help his guests. Fotini's Studios is a beautifully decorated accommodation near the wonderful sandy beach of Toroni. If you want neat and well-maintained accommodation, as well as extremely friendly owners who will help you with whatever you need, Fotini's Studios accommodation is the right choice for you. It is an excellent choice for families with children and all those who want a peaceful vacation. The owners have two houses, Fotini's Studios and Fotini's Studios 2. The first is about 200m from the beach, and the nearest supermarket with a bakery, as well as the first restaurants, can be found 250m away. The house has several accommodation units, and there are two three-bed studios (30m2) on the ground floor with one double bed and one single bed, while on the first floor there are four four-bed studios (35m2), two with one double bed and two bunk beds, i.e. two with two double beds in the same room as the kitchen, a two-bed studio (30m2) with one double bed and one studio for three people with two smaller double beds. The three-bed studios on the ground floor face the courtyard, the four-bed studios are located at the front of the building, the two-bed studio faces the garden, and the three-bed studio on the first floor is located at the back of the building and faces the other houses. The studios have air conditioning, TV and mosquito nets, in agreement with the owners you can get a cot for a baby and a hair dryer. Each studio has a kitchen equipped with two hotplates and a small refrigerator with a frieze, while the bathroom has only tiles, without a curtain. Wireless internet is available on the terraces and in the yard, while it is much weaker in the units themselves. The terraces are separate, with tables and chairs, as well as a line for drying clothes. Change of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is done every four days. Guests have at their disposal a private parking lot and a yard full of greenery and shade, with a barbecue and tables and chairs, as well as a small playground for children. Pets are allowed. Badis Haus is located about 70m from the sandy beach, the nearest supermarket is about 20m away, and consists of two buildings. It is an excellent choice for families with children and all those who want a peaceful vacation. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the first building, and on the first floor there are two studios, six rooms and two apartments. In the same yard is another building with eleven studios and five apartments. The rooms (18m2) have one double bed, while the studios each have one double bed and a sofa for one person. Apartments (40-45m2) can host 2-4 people. The first type of apartment has one French or two single beds in the bedrooms, while the kitchen is separated on the covered balcony. The second type of apartment has one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the room with the kitchen, while the third type of apartment has one double bed and one single bed, as well as a folding sofa for one person. All accommodation units have a kitchen (except rooms), bathroom, internet, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, separate balcony, safe and hair dryer. Private parking in the yard is provided for all guests. The yard is landscaped and spacious, with grass and concrete surfaces. Cleaning is done every day, and bed linen is changed every 3-4 days. The house was renovated in 2016, so we recommend it to everyone who likes modern accommodation, close to the sea and other facilities.

Studiji su klimatizovani, imaju televizor, internet i mrežice za komarce. Kuhinje su male, opremljene osnovnim posuđem, šporetom sa dve ringle i malom rernom, frižiderom sa zamrzivačem i električnom džezvom za kafu. Kupatila imaju tuš kabinu. Zamena posteljine i peškira se vrši na četiri dana, po potrebi i češće. Čišćenje se vrši na zahtev gostiju. Gostima je na raspolaganju roštilj u dvorištu, kao i veliki sto sa stolicama gde mogu da se okupljaju. Takođe, postoji i druga garnitura za sedenje sa ljuljaškom i udobnim stolicama, okružena cvećem i voćem. U okviru objekta gostima su na raspolaganju dva parking mesta. Do smeštaja ćete doći tako što ćete voziti glavnom ulicom pored mora, kada prođete supermarket Dimitra i tavernu Afroditi, vozićete još 200m i skrenućete u prvu ulicu desno. Potom ćete voziti ulicom i nakon 100 metara ćete videti skretanje za Pagona House i Iliotropio Toroni Studios. Suzzana House is a good choice for those who want accommodation in a great location, but are not demanding. The building was built in 1980 and partially renovated in 2015. In total, there are seven smaller studios (15m2), three of which have a larger balcony than the other four studios. All studios have two joined single beds and one separate single bed. All studios have internet, kitchen, TV and mosquito nets. Some of the studios have sea views. There is a barbecue in the yard that guests of the accommodation can use, as well as a parking lot. The two-bed studio on the upper ground floor has one double bed, the four-bed studio and apartment each have one double bed and two bunk beds, and the four-bed apartment has one double bed in two bedrooms and a separate kitchen. Studios and apartments are air-conditioned, have TV, internet, kitchen, fridge, stove, hairdryer and mosquito nets. Towels are changed every four nights, and bed linen once during the stay. After entering Toroni, drive along the street next to the beach and turn right after the Acapus bar. After 230m later you reach Tsamakdas House. Tucked away in a spacious and beautifully landscaped yard, full of greenery and flowers, it is ideal for anyone who wants quiet accommodation near a beautiful beach. The beach is located opposite the accommodation, about 25m away, you have to cross the street to get to it. The town center with all facilities is located about 1 km away. There are a total of five accommodation units on offer. Three four-bed studios (18m2) located on the high ground floor (4-5 steps) and each have a double bed and bunk beds. One three-bed studio (2+1) (15m2), which is also located on the upper ground floor, has a double bed and a sofa bed. One five-bed apartment (4+1) (55m2) on the high ground floor (3 stairs) has a double bed in the room where the kitchen is, while the bedroom has bunk beds and one single bed. Studios and apartments have wireless internet, mosquito nets, air conditioning and TV. In the bathrooms, there is only a shower without a cabin and without a curtain. In the kitchens there is a mini-stove as well as a large refrigerator. Sheets and towels are changed, as well as cleaning, every four days. There are dryers and awnings on the terraces. Twins House is located in the first row to the sea in Toroni, so some of the accommodation units have a fantastic view of the sea. The sandy beach, which is only 30m away from the accommodation, is landscaped, and the guests of the accommodation can use umbrellas and sunbeds for free. Twins House can offer its guests a pleasant vacation where the price-quality ratio is excellent, the accommodation is extremely clean, and the owner is very friendly. There is a supermarket about 50m from the accommodation, and right next to it is a cafe, where you can buy pastries for breakfast, among other things. A children's playground is about a hundred meters away, as are bars and restaurants. On the ground floor there are three renovated four-bed studios, each with one double bed on the ground floor and two single beds on the gallery. In two studios, only the bathrooms have not been renovated, while the third studio (the one with a sea view) has been completely renovated. Two have a view of the courtyard, and one has a view of the sea. Five-bed studios number 4 and 5 with a view of the sea, each have one single and a double bed narrower than standard, with two more single beds on the gallery and are located on the second floor. If you are planning a vacation with friends, relatives or if you have a large family, Hristos House can be an excellent choice. Although located on the highway, this accommodation is tucked away in a beautifully landscaped yard with a spacious lawn and exudes a peaceful atmosphere. Due to its location, it is recommended for guests who come with their own transport. Although 700m may sound too far, if you are coming by car, it is only a few minutes drive to a fantastic sandy beach. The accommodation is 1 km from the nearest supermarket, which is about a 12-minute drive, and the same distance to the famous taverns along the beach. Hristos House is a family house (100m2) consisting of two floors and can host up to eleven people. It was built in 1992, but is renovated every year. The furniture is not new, but it is maintained and gives the house charm and authenticity. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower without a curtain. The first bedroom has two joined single beds, the second has two separate single beds, a non-folding sofa and access to the balcony, and the third bedroom has one double bed and access to the balcony with a table and chairs that it shares with the second bedroom. The bathroom has an enclosed shower area, without a curtain. On the first floor, there are two sofas (one of them can be extended) and a toilet with a washing machine. One dining table is in the living room, and the other is on the spacious terrace that is accessed from the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, an electric stove, a large fridge, a toaster and an electric kettle. The house has three televisions (one is in the living room, two are upstairs), air conditioning is upstairs, and WiFi internet and mosquito nets are also available. When you pass the turn for Destenika beach and three more entrances to Toroni from the direction of Neos Marmaras, after 700m you will reach the accommodation Hristos, which is on the right.
