Angelos Beach House is located right on the coast, in Skala Kallirachi on the island of Thassos. In front of the accommodation there is a beach that combines sand and stones, while the main city beach is about a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is a single-storey house with an area of ​​50m², suitable for a maximum of four adults. It has two bedrooms - one has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The accommodation has been renovated for the 2025 season. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. Internet access, TV, hair dryer, mosquito nets, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator with freezer, a stove with four burners and an oven, and a coffee machine are available to guests. The most beautiful corner in this accommodation is the covered sitting area in the yard, with a direct view of the sea, ideal for relaxation. Guests can also use the barbecue. Parking is possible along the street. Pets are allowed with prior agreement with the owner. Bed linen and towels are changed every five days, when the apartment is also cleaned. If you need accommodation that provides complete comfort during your vacation, and at the same time guarantees silence, peace and a beautiful view of the sea, this accommodation can be an excellent choice. Aglaia Pension is located in the center of Skala Marijes, next to the promenade and right next to the sea. It is a beautiful and modernly equipped accommodation with a fantastic view of the sea. All the facilities that this place has to offer are right there at your fingertips. The accommodation is located 50m from the city beach and the first markets, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants. Considering that Skala Marijes is a small place, the other two beaches (Sunset and Atspas) are also very close. The accommodation was renovated in 2016. We offer six accommodation units - four studios and two apartments (40-42m2). There are two studios each on the high ground floor and the first floor, and there is also a duplex apartment on the high ground floor (five steps above ground level). The two studios on the first floor have been renovated for summer 2017. The studios have one double bed and a view of the sea, and the duplex apartment has two bedrooms, two terraces and two French beds (one French in each bedroom). An extra bed cannot be added to the studios (number 1 and 2), but only a cot, while an extra bed or a cot can be added to the apartment (number 3). These accommodation units have separate terraces, sea view, equipped kitchen (stove and small fridge) and bathroom with shower. Since the apartment has two balconies, one overlooks the city beach and the other overlooks the street. Studio number 2 is slightly smaller and has an area of ​​17m2, while all other studios are about 20m2. The studios on the first floor are two-bed (number 4 and 5), have one double bed, air conditioning, equipped kitchen with stove and small refrigerator, and bathroom with shower. The terrace is spacious and divided so that the guests of both units have their own separate seating area. It offers a beautiful view of the sea. From the 2019 season, there is another apartment on the upper ground floor. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa bed for two children, a kitchen with a stove and a small refrigerator, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. It is possible to add an extra bed. This unit has an area of ​​about 42m2. Since the terrace is located on the side of the house, it is narrower and offers a view of the sea and the building next to it. Accommodation units are cleaned for three days, and then towels and bed linen are changed. Guests can find a parking space on the street in front of the house because private parking is not provided. Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn right at the sign for Atspas beach, on the way out of town. Going along the street along the sea, you will pass a small intersection and the road will lead you to the right, when you will see the Pension Aglaia on the left side of the street (80m after the turn). If you want to enjoy modern accommodation, a phenomenal view and be close to the beach and the city center, Aglaia Pension is the right choice for you.

Villa Toutoula is one of the most popular accommodations in our offer. It is located in the center of Skala Maries, a step away from the beach and the supermarket. Guests can choose one of the studios on the ground floor or on the first floor with sea view. The owners are very friendly and really try to make all their guests happy. Accommodation Tutula, as it is read, is located in the center of Skala Marijes, about 50m from the city beach and 500m from the famous Atspas beach. The city beach in front of the villa is sandy on the shore, and in the water there are stones for the first few meters, then sand and shallow water. Everything is available to guests just a few steps away. The neighboring house on the ground floor has a butcher's shop, and there is a supermarket in the house next to it. In the center of town there are taverns and a pharmacy. Toutoula Studios has a total of five publishing studios. On the upper ground floor are one two-bed (28m2) with two single beds, one three-bed (30-35m2) with three single beds and one four-bed (30-35m2) studio with two single beds and a bunk bed. Upstairs there is one studio with a sofa bed for two children, two single beds and a bunk bed, as well as another with four single beds. They have an area of ​​about 38m2. The villa was renovated in 2009. All studios have a kitchen, air conditioning, TV, bathroom, wireless internet and a terrace. All terraces, more or less, overlook the sea and the bay, with the studios on the first floor having a much nicer view. Cleaning is done every day, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. The yard is small, paved and located behind the house. There are several parking spaces on the roadside extension in front of the villa, but it is not a private parking reserved only for Toutoula Studios guests. However, Skala Marijes is a small place, without many tourists and traffic, so parking is not a problem. When you go uphill from the Cavo D'Oro tavern in the central bay, after 40m you will see your accommodation with brown awnings on the left. If you want accommodation in a small place, very close to the sea, which does not cost a lot, then Toutoula Studios should be on the short list. Accommodation Porto Gatos is located in Skala Marijes, in the southwest of the island and has an excellent location - it is located in the first row to the sea and only a road separates it from Atspas beach. The accommodation has well-equipped studios and large balconies overlooking the sea. The center of Skala Marijes with all necessary facilities (supermarket, several restaurants and cafes, bakery, pharmacy, city beach) is 500m away, however, the first market is right next to the accommodation. The sandy Platanes/Sunset beach, at the other end of Skala Marijes, is 900m away. Villa Porto Gatos was built in 2008 and has been renovated several times. There are a total of six four-bed studios (25m2), three each on the first and second floors. They have a direct view of the sea, except for studios number 101 and 201, which look sideways towards the sea and towards the neighboring house, and they also have a slightly smaller terrace than the others. Studios number 103 and 201 each have two double beds, while the other studios have a double bed and two single beds. The studios are comfortable and have very spacious terraces with seating (chairs and a small table) and a beautiful view of the sea and Atspas beach. The studios are air-conditioned, have a TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a hairdryer and wireless internet. The owner does not want to promise exactly which unit guests will get because it depends on other reservations. Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels is done every three days. There is a cafeteria on the ground floor of the house that is open until midnight, and only soft music is played. Breakfast or half board can be paid in agreement with the chef. In front of the house, on the street and extensions along the street, there are enough parking spaces for guests' cars. There is also a children's playground nearby (at the end of the street). Atspas beach, sandy, with a long shallow, organized, with a beach volleyball net and a parking area is right below the villa, connected by stairs that go down from the street. On it you can get umbrellas and sunbeds with a purchased drink. When driving from the direction of Prinos, you see the first sign for Skala Marijes, you should continue straight, pass the main entrance to the place and then turn right at the big ATSPAS sign. Follow the road and you will come straight to Porto Gatos Studios, on the right side of the street, just above a small sandy cove. Within the accommodation there is also a cafe of the same name. In short, we recommend this accommodation to those who truly know how to enjoy a beautiful sea, a quiet beach, sea smells, peace, quiet and isolation from the crowds and the city. It offers spacious studios and apartments that are ideal for larger families. The location of the accommodation is quiet and only a few minutes' walk from the beach and the center. The owner is extremely friendly and always available to guests. Villa Elia is 180m from the city beach and the town center with taverns, a shop and a pharmacy. Platanes/Sunset Beach is 400m away, and Atspas about 600m. All three beaches are organized. The accommodation was built in 2008 and offers three studios and four apartments with an area between 35-42m2. There are three apartments on the ground floor, in which there are one French or two single beds in the bedroom. In the living room of the two apartments there are two sofa beds or one sofa and one single bed with a pull-out bed. The pink apartment on the ground floor is the smallest and is designed for four people. It has a double bed in the bedroom and a single bed with a trundle bed in the living room. Each apartment on the ground floor has its own (unfenced) sitting area, in front of the entrance to the unit. Two studios on the first floor have a common terrace, two single beds and two sofa beds. Each studio has its own sitting area, in front of the entrance. On the second floor there is one apartment and one studio, and they all have separate balconies. The apartment has two single beds in the bedroom, while there are two sofa beds in the living room. The studio also has two single beds and two sofa beds, but they are located in one room. The maximum number of people who can stay in these accommodation units is five. Each studio has a different layout and a different colored bathroom. The terraces are spacious, different from each other and facing the sea. The accommodation units on the second floor have a direct view of the sea, while the studios on the first floor have a partial view. The apartments on the ground floor overlook the property from the front of the house. It is possible to get a baby cot on request, but there is no possibility of adding an extra bed. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are changed every three days. Guests have access to a private parking lot located at the back of the house. Coming from the direction of Prinos, 750m after the overpass, turn right and continue down the street towards the town center and the city beach. After 270m you will see a villa on the left side of the road. The village is small and is a great base for touring the island. You can see the most beautiful sunsets in it. There are not many tourist facilities, there are only two shops, a tavern, a bakery, a butcher and a pharmacy. In Skala Marijes, there are no tourist shops, typical promenades that you can find in seaside towns and amusement parks. The place is ideal for a quiet holiday without crowds, noise and a lot of traffic. We recommend Villa Elia to everyone who wants quality accommodation in a quiet location and near beautiful beaches.

Lia Studios is a very affordable and popular accommodation located in the immediate vicinity of the beach, the center, shops and bakery. All studios have sea view. A barbecue is also available to guests, and the owners are wonderful people who are always there for you. Accommodation is located in Skala Marijes, 250m from the center, city beach and Sunset beach. In the center there are shops, taverns, a pharmacy, a butcher and a bakery. Skala Maries is a small, very quiet place, about 35 km from Limenas and 7 km from Limenaria. In addition to the two already mentioned, nearby is the Atspas beach, a sandy beach with a volleyball court, umbrellas, sunbeds, crystal clear water and parking space. Near the town, towards Skala Prinos, there are many wild coves, and in the opposite direction, towards Limenaria, there is the beautiful and popular Tripiti beach. The facility was built in 1996, but the owners invest in it every year. There are 12 studios on offer (eight four-bed and four three-bed), spread over three floors. All have a view of the sea. On the first floor there are four four-bed studios (30m2) with one French and two single beds, while on the second and third floors there are the remaining eight units (25m2), two of which on each floor have three single beds and the other two have three single beds and a sofa for one person. If necessary, a fourth, extra bed can be inserted in several studios. The studios are very decent and clean. On the first floor, there are stone floors and partitions, which makes the ambience unusual, but certainly beautiful, and such materials also give additional freshness to the space, which is desirable in the summer months, regardless of the existence of air conditioning. The units are equipped with classic, wooden furniture. The bathrooms are medium in size with a shower. The kitchens are equipped and have a stove with two hotplates, an extractor fan and a refrigerator. All necessary utensils are provided. Air conditioners exist in all accommodation units and their use is included in the price. Also, there is a smaller TV hanging on the wall and internet access. The studios are cleaned daily and towels and bed linen are changed every three days. There is practically no yard, except on the third floor, where at the back of the house there is a wider space (corridor) outdoors, with greenery, flowers, a porch and a stone table with benches. The view from there is the most beautiful and overlooks the surrounding hills, Sunset Beach and the sea. In front of the house there is an extension on the road with eight to nine parking spaces. The owners claim that the extension is used exclusively by the guests of their villa because the road next to the accommodation is not busy. When driving from the direction of Prinos, you see Skala Marijes, turn right from the highway and pass Sunset beach, then turn half left up the hill to the church, from where you follow the road to the left (not towards the center) for another 100m until you see Lia Studios on the right side of the street. The studios are clean and nicely decorated, so they would suit anyone looking for affordable accommodation in a good location, both for visiting the island and in relation to the nearest beaches.

Veroniki Apartment is located in the very center of Skala Maries, a step away from the beach, shops and all taverns. The apartment has two bedrooms, which makes it ideal for couples who want to enjoy the sea view from the terrace. The city beach is just a few steps away from the villa. Sunset beach is at one end of Skala Maries, while Atspas beach is at the other, but both can be reached on foot. A supermarket, taverns, a butcher and a pharmacy are also in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. The house was built in 2000, but the owners invest in it every year. It is a duplex apartment with two bedrooms with two single beds each. The rooms open onto a common terrace with a view of the sea, the street and the city beach. The equipped kitchen is separated from the sleeping area and has a large fridge and oven. The bathroom is located in one of the bedrooms. The apartment has an area of ​​about 45m2, TV, mosquito nets, internet, air conditioning and hair dryer. It is not possible to add an extra bed, only a cot can be obtained. Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen are done every three days. There is no private parking space, except on the street or on a smaller extension next to the city beach, and considering that Skala Maries is a small and non-commercial place, parking is not a problem. When you reach the central bay in Skala Maries you will see the Cavo D'Oro Tavern located on the beach. The apartment is located in a slightly older but well-maintained building, on the first floor above the mini-market run by the same owners. The apartment is ideal for two couples, or a family with adult children, because there are no connecting rooms. We recommend this accommodation to all those who value proximity to the sea, the beach and the center first and who like to sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view.

Villa Thalassorama is located at the entrance to Skala Maries, in the first row to the sea and along a quiet street. It is located in a fantastic location right above the beautiful Atspas (Sugar) beach, so you can enjoy a direct view of the sea from your balconies. The center of Skala Maries with all necessary facilities (supermarket, several restaurants and cafes, bakery, pharmacy, city beach) is 550m from the villa. Platanes/Sunset beach is at the other end of Skala Maries, 850m from the villa. It is a newer villa, built in 2009 but renovated several times. The furniture is new and modern. Guests have at their disposal three two-bed studios and three four-bed maisonettes. All units have separate terraces overlooking the sea. The balconies on the first floor are slightly larger than those on the second. There is a supermarket on the ground floor of the villa. Double studios are on the first floor and have two single beds each, equipped kitchen and bathroom. Their area is about 20m2. Four-bed maisonettes (studio on two levels, 30m2) are located on the second floor and consist of a kitchen, bathroom, balcony, ground floor in which there are two joined single beds and a gallery, which is reached by wooden stairs, where there are also two joined single beds. It is not possible to add an extra bed either in studios or maisonettes. All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV set and internet access, hair dryer and mosquito nets. Cleaning is daily while towels and bed linen are changed every three days. In front of the house, on the street and the extensions along the street, there is enough parking space for the cars of all guests of the villa. The children's playground is located at the end of the street. Atspas beach, sandy, organized, with a long shallow, ideal for children, with a volleyball court and a parking area, is just below the villa, connected by stairs. When coming from the direction of Prinos, the villa is located at the exit of Skala Maries, towards Limenaria, on the left side of the road, just after the Porto Gatos cafe. All in all, we warmly recommend this villa to all those who like nice accommodation, large balconies with a view of the sea, proximity to a beautiful beach, and at the same time do not long for a lively place, crowds, shopping and crazy nightlife. Kentia Studios is located in the village of Skala Maries, in a quiet place. Accommodation is affordable and clean. It is located just a step away from the beach and all the facilities that this place has to offer. Kentia is 100 meters from the nearest store, bakery, butcher, tavern and the center of the town itself. It is so far from the city beach. The building was built in 1994 and renovated in 2018. There are five studios and one duplex apartment. Two studios are located on the ground floor, while the remaining three are on the first floor at the front of the house, and the apartment at the back. There is no possibility of adding an extra bed in any unit. Apartment number 104 has two bedrooms connected by a terrace and its area is about 48m2. This is not a classic duplex apartment. In one room there is one double bed and a bunk bed, a small fridge and a small bathroom that does not have an enclosed bathtub but only tiles. The beds are wooden. In the second, there is a French bed and a pull-out armchair, a small refrigerator and a small bathroom that does not have an enclosed bathtub, but only tiles. This room has slightly more modern furniture. The equipped kitchen with stove is separate and can be entered from the main hallway that leads to the other two bedrooms, as well as to the studios. The kitchen can only be used by guests of the apartment. The terrace is spacious and can be accessed from the kitchen and both bedrooms. On the first floor, in addition to the apartments, there are also three renovated studios (#101, #102 and #103) with an area of ​​about 16m2. All three units have a double bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen with a small fridge and one hot plate. Studios number 101 and 103 have a shower in the bathroom, while studio number 102 has only tiles. All three units open onto the same terrace that overlooks the neighborhood. In order for the guests to have privacy, the owner divides the balcony into three parts with screens, which greatly reduces their area. On the ground floor, at the front of the house, there are two more studios (#1 and #2) that have an area of ​​about 25m2. Studio number 1 has two single beds and a bunk bed, an equipped kitchen with a stove and a small refrigerator, as well as a bathroom with a shower. Studio number 2 has three single beds, an equipped kitchen with a small fridge and stove, and a bathroom with a shower. Both units have spacious terraces. Only ground floor studios and apartments have mosquito nets. There are no double studios on the first floor. The owner can provide guests with an iron for use. All units are air-conditioned, have a TV and internet access. Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen are done every three days. In front of the house is a paved part of the yard with a barbecue. The villa does not have a private parking lot, but guests can leave their vehicles in front of the house because there is plenty of space. When you get to the center of town, where the city beach is, turn into the alley near the Cavo D'Oro tavern and after 100m you will see your accommodation at the end of the road. Two other beaches for which Skala Maries is famous, Sunset and Atspas, are located nearby.
