Carmen Seaview maisonettes are located in the quiet town of Sozopol, Halkidiki, in the first row to the sandy beach. We offer two maisonettes located in the complex of buildings, which can host 8 people each.
Both maisonettes have three levels.
On the first level (partially in the basement) there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom.
On the first floor there is a living room with a dining room, a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room there is a sofa for two people, which can be extended.
On the second floor, the last level, there is one bedroom with a double bed.
The maisonettes are air-conditioned (they have one air conditioner on the last level). Free WiFi internet, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, mosquito nets and hair dryer are available to guests.
The kitchens are fully equipped, both have two hotplates, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.
Both maisonettes have a bathroom and an additional toilet. One bathroom has a shower cabin, and the other has a bathtub.
Guests can spend warm summer days, overlooking the sea, on a fenced veranda or balcony, equipped with seating furniture.
In the fenced yard, guests can enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends. There is one communal barbecue at guests' disposal.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation, with prior request and agreement.
Cleaning and bed linen change is done every 3 days.
Guests can park on the street and there is usually plenty of space. The number of parking spaces within the complex is limited.
