Eden Park House is a luxury villa located in a quiet place of Sozopol, only 500 meters from the beach. This spacious three-story maisonette can host up to 15 people and has seven bedrooms and three bathrooms. Guests have at their disposal large verandas and balconies, as well as a beautifully landscaped yard with a barbecue, which makes this villa an ideal choice for families and groups of friends looking for a luxurious vacation in a quiet and relaxing environment.
The building is organized as a maisonette on three levels. On the ground floor there is a living room with a dining room and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, one single bed and a sofa bed, while the other room has two single beds.
On the first floor there is a large living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with king size double beds and a bathroom with a toilet.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms with king size double beds and another bathroom. The third bathroom is located outside the house.
The accommodation is air-conditioned, with air-conditioning in the living and sleeping rooms. Free Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV, mosquito nets, hair dryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four rings, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster are at guests' disposal. Bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs, with or without curtains.
The fenced veranda and balcony, equipped with seating, offer a pleasant view of the yard. Each room has an exit to the veranda or balcony, which additionally contributes to the comfort of the stay.
