Description Art villa is located in the new part of Stavros, about 250m from the beach and can host up to seven people. It is located in a quiet part of town and offers guests privacy, proximity to the beach, yard and private parking. The center is about 800m away, the nearest market is 250m away, while the bakery is 650m away. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, kettle, toaster, large fridge), with a dining table and two sofa beds. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. On the first floor, there is a bedroom that looks towards the sea, has a double bed and an extra bed, and this room is not separated from the lower part of the accommodation by a door. The villa has two verandas, one in the front and one in the back of the ground floor. The yard is fenced and landscaped and has a barbecue and a set for sitting and dining, with a parasol. In front of the yard is a private property that is used as a parking lot and it is possible to park several vehicles.
