Fani Luxury Boutique is a new and luxurious accommodation in Stavros, just 20m from the beach. It offers seven rooms and a studio with a mountain view and a side view of the sea. A buffet breakfast is served in the breakfast room or on the terrace in front. Amenities include a fenced yard for kids with toys, a portable grill, and private parking with plenty of room for everyone.
The beach in front of the accommodation is pebbled. It is organized, but deckchairs and umbrellas do not belong to the accommodation. However, they can be used free of charge with an ordered coffee or drink.
The center of Stavros is about 600m away, the nearest supermarket is 400m away, the bakery is 200m away, and the nearest restaurant is about 800m away.
There are nine accommodation units on offer. Three double rooms (20m2) are on the first floor, and one is on the ground floor. Each has one double bed. One three-bed room (23m2), one three-bed studio (23m2) and one four-bed family studio (27m2) are located on the ground floor and each have a double bed and a couch. Two three-bed apartments (40m2) are located on the first floor and each have a double bed and a sofa.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have internet, TV, a large terrace (and a veranda on the ground floor), mosquito nets, a hairdryer and a safe, and a cot can be obtained upon request when booking. The studios have a small refrigerator with freezer compartment, a single hotplate and a coffee maker, while the rooms only have a refrigerator and a coffee maker. The bathrooms have shower tubs with a glass partition or with a curtain, some bathrooms have glass doors, and some only have a curtain.
Cleaning is done daily, and towels and bed linen are changed every two days.
There is a shower in the yard behind the building.
