Marika house is an accommodation located in Stavros on the road to Ano Stavros. It is a building with eight pleasant and tidy accommodation units. Private parking, internet and air-conditioned units are available to guests, while friendly owners and a quiet location are additional advantages of this accommodation.
House Marika is located about 500 m from the beach. There are also shops and a pharmacy nearby.
The accommodation has two two-bed studios (one of which has a capacity of 2+1), four studios with a capacity of up to three people, i.e. 3+1, as well as one duplex apartment and one standard apartment.
Four studios are located on the ground floor and have one double and one single bed, and three of them have a sofa bed. The two studios are at the front of the house and have a private sitting area, while the two studios at the back are on the high ground floor. Guests staying in these two studios have access to a fenced yard at the back of the house with a place to sit.
On the first floor, there are two double studios with one double bed each, and one of them has a pull-out armchair, so that in addition to two adults, one child can also stay in this studio.
The standard apartment has a double bed in the bedroom, while the second room, where the kitchen is located, has bunk beds.
The duplex apartment has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and between the rooms there is a separate kitchen with a dining room. Apartments are also located on the first floor and have capacity for four adults, or two adults with two children. The duplex apartment has two bathrooms.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have equipped kitchens (two hotplates and necessary dishes), private bathrooms with small bathtubs and hair dryers.
In the corridor there is a large number of board games available to guests.
At the front of the house there are two 3+1 studios, both double studios and one bedroom duplex apartment.
At the back of the house there is one 3+1 studio, one three-bed studio, a standard apartment and the second bedroom of a duplex apartment.
Staying with pets is allowed, but with an additional fee that depends on the pet's weight.
Cleaning, as well as changing bed linen and towels, is done in agreement with the accommodation owners.
The accommodation also has a private parking lot located not far from the property, about 50 m away (on the street across from the house).
Driving through Stavros (from the direction of Vrasna), you need to turn right before the roundabout (after Poseidon pizzeria) and continue straight and slightly uphill until you see the beautiful Marika house on the right side of the road.
If you are not a fan of carnival, and you are planning a holiday around August 15th, the owner advises you to avoid booking units located in front of the house, because on that day it can be quite noisy due to the large number of people participating in the carnival and passing by the house itself.
We would recommend House Marika to guests who like a combination of mountain/village environment and the sea and enjoy easy walks, because all facilities in the place, the city beach and Platani beach are within walking distance.
