Our description Less than 100 meters from the sandy beach of Pigadaki, in a quiet location, is the house Aggelina. Three (nos. 2, 3 and 4) are located on the first floor, and two (nos. 1 and 5) on the ground floor. Studios with bunk beds can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children, while others can accommodate a maximum of three adults and one child. Of the three studios on the first floor, two (Nos. 3 and 4) are with a double bed and bunk beds, and one (No. 2) with a standard double bed and a French bed narrower than the standard. The kitchens are equipped with basic utensils, a stove and a small fridge. Only in studio no. 2 large refrigerators. The bathrooms are the same and have a shower with a curtain. Owner's description At the southeastern end of the Sithonia peninsula lies one of the oldest villages in Halkidiki, Sykia. It has 3000 inhabitants and is 160 km away from Thessaloniki. There are different versions of how his name came about. The first version of the story is related to the shade of the Holy Mountain (in Greek skia), the second version comes from paraphrasing the Ancient City of the area (Siggos) which in the following years took the name Siggia and finally Sikija. Moreover, the existence of an old large tree (in Greek Sikia) around when the village was built is a possible version. Owner's description Magda Studios is a complex located near the beach of St. John, 100 meters from the sea. The house has four studios built in a row in a large fenced area with trees and shade. We are located right next to the Morpho house. Our studios have kitchens equipped with all necessary utensils, TV, hot water and terraces with tables for each studio separately. Bed linen and towels are provided. Free 24-hour internet is also available to guests.

Perix House was built in 1986 and it was renovated in the year 2000. It’s rated a “two key” Family Hotel. The Hotel is built in three levels with a large lawn on two different levels. We have available twenty studios in three levels including nine two room(or Duplex) and nine single room studios suitable for couples and families with up to three children. Our duplex apartments can accommodate up to five people, two in main bedroom, one in the kitchen and 2 children in the raised platform bed (see pictures). We have green lawn in two different levels and a playground on each level for children to play all day safely inside a protected area. There are also 2 Built BBQ sets 1 on each level available for the tenants. The lower level lawn is at the back of the Hotel, and the upper level lawn is situated in the front of the Hotel. Plenty of parking is available. We are situated 400m from the sea, between Neos Marmaras and Porto Carras in Sithonia Chalkidiki.
