The two-bed studio on the upper ground floor has one double bed, the four-bed studio and apartment each have one double bed and two bunk beds, and the four-bed apartment has one double bed in two bedrooms and a separate kitchen. Studios and apartments are air-conditioned, have TV, internet, kitchen, fridge, stove, hairdryer and mosquito nets. Towels are changed every four nights, and bed linen once during the stay. Guests have at their disposal a playground for children, a place for sitting and socializing, as well as a private parking lot in the nice courtyard. After entering Toroni, drive along the street next to the beach and turn right after the Acapus bar. After 230m later you reach Tsamakdas House. Tucked away in a spacious and beautifully landscaped yard, full of greenery and flowers, it is ideal for anyone who wants quiet accommodation near a beautiful beach. The beach is located opposite the accommodation, about 25m away, you have to cross the street to get to it. The town center with all facilities is located about 1 km away. There are a total of five accommodation units on offer. Three four-bed studios (18m2) located on the high ground floor (4-5 steps) and each have a double bed and bunk beds. One three-bed studio (2+1) (15m2), which is also located on the upper ground floor, has a double bed and a sofa bed. One five-bed apartment (4+1) (55m2) on the high ground floor (3 stairs) has a double bed in the room where the kitchen is, while the bedroom has bunk beds and one single bed. Studios and apartments have wireless internet, mosquito nets, air conditioning and TV. In the bathrooms, there is only a shower without a cabin and without a curtain. In the kitchens there is a mini-stove as well as a large refrigerator. Sheets and towels are changed, as well as cleaning, every four days. There are dryers and awnings on the terraces. If you are planning a vacation with friends, relatives or if you have a large family, Hristos House can be an excellent choice. Although located on the highway, this accommodation is tucked away in a beautifully landscaped yard with a spacious lawn and exudes a peaceful atmosphere. Due to its location, it is recommended for guests who come with their own transport. Although 700m may sound too far, if you are coming by car, it is only a few minutes drive to a fantastic sandy beach. The accommodation is 1 km from the nearest supermarket, which is about a 12-minute drive, and the same distance to the famous taverns along the beach. Hristos House is a family house (100m2) consisting of two floors and can host up to eleven people. It was built in 1992, but is renovated every year. The furniture is not new, but it is maintained and gives the house charm and authenticity. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower without a curtain. The first bedroom has two joined single beds, the second has two separate single beds, a non-folding sofa and access to the balcony, and the third bedroom has one double bed and access to the balcony with a table and chairs that it shares with the second bedroom. The bathroom has an enclosed shower area, without a curtain. On the first floor, there are two sofas (one of them can be extended) and a toilet with a washing machine. One dining table is in the living room, and the other is on the spacious terrace that is accessed from the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, an electric stove, a large fridge, a toaster and an electric kettle. The house has three televisions (one is in the living room, two are upstairs), air conditioning is upstairs, and WiFi internet and mosquito nets are also available. On the large balcony on the ground floor there is an asura for protection from the sun and a line for drying clothes. There is enough space in the yard to park four cars, but there is also space in front of the gate for parking. When you pass the turn for Destenika beach and three more entrances to Toroni from the direction of Neos Marmaras, after 700m you will reach the accommodation Hristos, which is on the right. Drive another 200m to the first left turn into a semi-paved alley. After 50m, you will see Maria Garden accommodation. Maria Garden House is a real little paradise for families. It is located in the shade, in a very quiet place, and close to the beach and all amenities. It is ideal for vacation in the true sense of the word.

It is located in a quiet part of Toroni, about 350m from the beach, which is how far it is from the nearest store and other amenities. It can provide its guests with a pleasant vacation where the price-quality ratio is excellent, the accommodation is extremely clean, and the owner is very kind. There are a total of six four-bed studios, five are located on the high ground floor, 3 steps above the ground level, and one is newer and it is located ten steps above the ground level. All have a view of the courtyard. Inspired by Santorini, the owners created Santorini in miniature, combined with a perfectly landscaped yard. Five studios have one double bed narrower than standard, two bunk beds for children, the newer studio has one double bed, one single and a sofa bed. All have wireless internet, a kitchen with a mini-stove with an oven, all except the newer studio have standard-sized refrigerators, while the newer one has a large refrigerator. In the bathrooms, the newer studio has a shower with a curtain, while the others only have a bathtub without a cabin and without a curtain. All studios have mosquito nets on the windows and doors. They have a terrace and a porch, so you can sit on either side depending on the sun, while the newer studio has a large terrace. Bed linen and towels are changed every five days. The balcony is comfortable and overlooks a spacious yard with flowers, landscaped lawn, trees, shade and toys for children. In the yard there are also furniture for sitting in the shade, a summer house, lots of space for children to run and play, a brick barbecue and a covered parking lot. To get to the Vaso House accommodation, when you enter Toroni, you will drive along the street next to the beach and after you reach the Afrodita Tavern, you will turn right into the alley and drive for another 300m, then turn right, drive for another 50m and you will reach the Vaso accommodation. This is the perfect accommodation for families, and the small number of studios at the same time allows peace and relaxation in the true sense of the word. The fourth four-bed studio has one double bed and bunk beds without the possibility of inserting an additional bed, i.e. without a bed drawer. All studios have a balcony with a view of the yard or the mountain, mosquito nets, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, television and internet. Two studios have a common terrace, but it is separated by a smaller partition. Cleaning, as well as changing bed linen and towels, is done every five days, but more often if necessary. You can use a barbecue and a table with chairs in the modest and slightly unfenced yard. There is a parking space in the yard and in front. To get to Alexandra Studios accommodation, when you enter Toroni, drive along the street next to the beach and after you reach Afrodite Tavern, turn right into the alley, drive another 320m and you will reach Alexandra accommodation (on the left). Alexandra Studios is a modest accommodation, suitable for families who want to spend quiet holidays without noise, at affordable prices. The owners are very kind, they produce honey and often give it to their guests as a sign of attention and gratitude.

It is one of the more affordable accommodations we offer, which can provide its guests with a pleasant vacation. The owner is very kind and always ready to help her guests. Accommodation is 200m from the first market and tavern. The studios are located in the same building as Stella studios 1 and 2. They were last renovated in 2011. There are four studios on the first floor. Two double rooms, one of which has two single beds, the other has one double bed and an armchair, then one triple room with one double bed and one single bed and there is one four-bed room with one double bed and a bunk bed. All studios have terraces, TV, internet, air conditioning, mosquito nets, bathroom with sliding doors, and kitchen. The four-bed studio has a stove in the kitchen, while the other studios only have a stove. In agreement with the owner, pets can also stay in the studios. Towels and bed linen are changed every five days. There is a parking lot next to the accommodation and there is room for all guests. The yard is small, concreted and located on a hill with a lot of steps. To get to Dialekti Studios accommodation, when you enter Toroni, drive along the street next to the beach and after you reach Afroditi Tavern, turn right and drive another 180m until you reach the accommodation on the right. This accommodation is ideal for those who want to spend their summer in a quiet environment, close to the main promenade, at very reasonable prices.
