Three-bed studios have one French and one single bed each, and four-bed studios have one French and one single bed with a drawer bed. The apartments have four beds and have one double bed in the bedroom, or two single beds in the room with the kitchen. Maisonettes have four beds and have two single beds on the lower level and one French bed on the gallery. Superior maisonettes have six beds. They have two bedrooms on the first floor, with one double bed, or two single beds, and on the lower level there is one single bed with a drawer bed.
Accommodation units are located on the ground floor, are air-conditioned, have TV, internet, kitchen, bathroom and terrace with table and chairs. They each have a closet for storing clothes. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary dishes, a mini-oven with hotplates (some studios only have a stove) and a small or large refrigerator, and the bathroom has a shower cabin. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days. Pets are allowed by agreement with the owners.
