In a spacious courtyard, near the main road, there is a newly built accommodation with a swimming pool, Dimi's Luxury Suites, which can be an excellent choice for those who do not care about the proximity of the beach, but want to spend their vacation in peace.
The accommodation is about 1.6 km from Sikija beach, and about 3 km from the center.
There are five maisonettes on offer. In the lower part, in the room where the kitchen is located, the maisonettes each have one double bed and one pull-out sofa, while upstairs they have another double bed and one small sofa on which one small child could possibly sleep, although the maximum capacity of the maisonette is for four adults and two children. The kitchens are equipped with the necessary dishes, have a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a stove, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. All maisonettes have a bathroom both in the lower and upper part. In the bathrooms, the shower area is separated by a glass partition, except for one, which is suitable for people with disabilities, and guests have a washing machine and a hair dryer at their disposal.
All maisonettes have two air conditioners, internet, TV and mosquito nets. One set of bed linen and towels is provided, and the service of changing bed linen and towels and cleaning the maisonette is paid for later, and guests can agree on this with the owners on the spot.
In addition to the sitting area in front of the maisonette, each has a terrace with a table and chairs.
In the fenced and landscaped yard there is a guaranteed parking space for all guests, there is a swimming pool, next to which there are sunbeds and umbrellas, there is furniture for sitting and a common barbecue.
