In the traditional Greek village of Sikia, tucked between houses and narrow streets is Fenia's House accommodation. It is an ideal place for those who want privacy, because the accommodation has only two accommodation units.
It is about 600m from the center of the village, with several taverns, kiosks, cafes and bakeries, and there is also a supermarket at the same distance. The beach of Sikija can be reached in 8-10 minutes of driving (a little less than 5 km), and along the way there are several supermarkets, a gas station and a bakery.
The accommodation offers one five-bed and one six-bed apartment, which are located on the upper ground floor.
The five-bed apartment has three single beds in the living room, one of which can be pulled out from under the other. As part of the living room, there is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs. There is a double bed in the bedroom. The six-bed apartment has exactly the same equipment, only the beds in the living room differ, it has two drawers and can accommodate a maximum of six people.
Both accommodation units have internet, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets. The kitchens have a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster and necessary dishes. The bathrooms have a bathtub and a washing machine.
During the stay, the guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the accommodation, while the change of towels is provided for stays longer than seven days, and the change of bed linen is provided only for stays longer than 10 days.
The accommodation does not have a yard, but each apartment has its own large terrace with seating. Directly in front of the accommodation units there is a paved common area with a barbecue. The accommodation has a large private parking lot.
