House of older construction located near the square in the authentic Greek village of Sikia, at a distance of 4.5 km from the sandy beach of the same name, Sikia. It can be an excellent choice for everyone who wants privacy and prefers to feel at home, as well as for culinary lovers, since the market with fresh country products is located at a distance of about 220m.
We offer one four-bed apartment (4 Bed Apartment) with a square footage (65m2) located on the high ground floor, with only a few steps from the ground level that lead directly to the entrance, as well as to the veranda. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults.
The apartment in the style of authentic Greek country houses with warmer tones, where wooden furniture prevails, consists of a living room with a spacious kitchen, a dining room, a large bathroom and one bedroom. In the living room there are two seats and an armchair. The kitchen is large and spacious, so guests have at their disposal complete kitchen elements, a large stove with a flat plate with four burners and a large oven, microwave, coffee maker, large refrigerator with freezer, as well as all the necessary dishes for preparing different dishes. From the kitchen to the right, you enter a walk-through room with two single beds and a dining room with a dining table. From the dining room you enter a large bathroom with a corner bathtub, as well as a fully equipped bedroom with a double bed. For all hedonists of hot baths and beauty products, this bathroom can serve as a real little paradise for relaxation during your stay, given the size of the space and the availability of a cabinet with shelves, a large sink and a mirror.
The accommodation has air conditioning, TV, free WiFi internet, washing machine, hair dryer.
The house has no yard, no mosquito nets, only a corner veranda with a small table and chairs overlooking the street and surrounding houses.
Pets are not allowed.
During their stay, guests themselves take care of hygiene in the accommodation.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
Considering that the access to the accommodation is directly from the street and there is no yard, a parking space is not provided. Parking is possible down the street.
