It is located on the ground floor of a family house, tucked away among greenery, and offers the warmth of simplicity, combined with subtle details that give the stay a touch of domestic comfort. The accommodation is in an extremely good location in Sikia, the main local beach and the center of the town are very close and all the facilities that Sikia can offer are very easily accessible. This simple but very carefully decorated space provides everything needed for a comfortable stay - ideal for couples or small families who want practical accommodation in one of the most popular resorts in Greece.
We offer studios that are located on the ground floor and have a sleeping area with a kitchen and a bathroom. Three-bed studios have a double bed and a single bed and can accommodate two adults and one child, while four-bed studios have two narrower than standard double beds and can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children. The space is very compact and well organized, and offers the possibility of both longer and shorter stays.
In the studios, guests have at their disposal air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV and hair dryer. The studios are equipped with a kitchen that includes a large fridge with freezer, a kettle, a coffee whisk, a small two-burner stove and a small oven, as well as a toaster in one studio, and a two-burner stove in the other two studios. In a kitchen designed in this way, it is very convenient to prepare light and fast, real summer meals.
A spacious veranda with seating is an ideal corner for resting after returning from the beach or enjoying your morning coffee with a view of the yard, enriched with fragrant plants and floral details.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
During the stay, guests independently take care of maintaining the hygiene of the space, and the bed linen and towels are changed every fifth day.
